KeyBank S 9th Ave, Caldwell

I understand why this place has such a low rating. Not cashing a non-member check that is a key bank check!!!! And all over $200!! All because they want to sign you up as a member ( is what we were told) but that requires a 6 month membership or a penalty for canceling early this ain't no gym.

I've always been treated well at this branch. Tellers have been friendly and efficient.

By far the worst bank I've ever been with. After literally years of being nickle and dimed by Key Bank, I officially had enough the other day when they refused to deposit a check that my husband had signed over to me, (we're recently married and haven't put both names on all of our accounts yet), this is something I've done numerous times with no issues. On this occasion though, the teller told me that she wouldn't do it. I protested, stating that I've done it numerous times, she checked with a manager and they still declined doing it. After leaving I called their corporate office, apparently they do not have an official policy on third party checks, and it's up to the discretion of the branch. So tell me this, Key Bank, why have you used your "discretion" to not take a check from me, a person who's been banking with you for at least 5 years and who has ample funds in their account? How often do you use your "discretion" against others? Your customer service is beyond abysmal, my account will be closed this weekend and I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

Worst Banking experience ever. If you can go to another bank I would highly recommend you do the Caldwell branch is the worst bank in Idaho . Deanna Brock is the worst manager ever very unprofessional didn't even try to save my account.

They will let anyone walk off with your funds and do nothing to get to get them back. They let people walk off with about $2000.00 that didn't belong to them and didn't do anything to get it back. When I complained about about being defrauded thru their bank, their casual reply was yeah, they do that instead of the "let's get it back!" that I expected. They just don't care, after all, it isn't their money.

I did a home refi at the KeyBank in Caldwell. The best experience ever! Michell Smartt the bank manager kept me informed at every little step. Plus she emailed me after every conversation. I would definitely refer this bank to all my friends and family.

I love doing business with keybank. But sadly i might start have to use wells fargo because all my check are wells fargo checks. And i keep getting refused by one old lady there, even tho others dont refuse me. Ill try to keep doing business here and at least use my savings to save up.

Who closes 15 minutes early on a Saturday? It said you guys closes at 2 but it was 1:45 and closed already, you guys are the inconvenience bank I ever bank with...
