Chase Bank Blaine St, Caldwell

If your smart stay away from this mickey mouse so called bank. I just got paid yesterday, for no reason they put a hold on my account. Literally been on the phone for a combination time of 6 hours and have got no where.

If your business hours are to be open at 9 am then you should be helping customers when you open. Waited 10 minutes after they opened for them to come to the window.

Definitely not a working man bank. Went in with work clothes on to cash two checks. Was harassed about size of one, charged to cash another, got told to hold on while they went to the back to call the person that wrote me the check, needed two forms of ID(handed her a state issued plumbing license and it wasn’t good enough). Guy who wrote me the checks text me wondering why she called him about cashing the checks. Straight insulting.

I've been with Chase over 10 years and always had good experiences in the Meridian branches. Three and a 1/2 years ago we moved to Caldwell, very close to the Nampa and Middleton city boundaries. So out of convenience we went into the Caldwell branch to get some copies of statements for my husband's business account. In our move, we somehow misplaced them and needed them for taxes. This happened once before several years back and the Meridian branch was more than happy to help us-printing them out at no charge. Not the case at the Caldwell branch! Not only were they extremely rude, but almost seemed happy to be charging us. We pay for our accounts there and I was very irritated that we were treated so bizarrely. I asked to talk to the manager and that was a joke. Same attitude. I have gone in to withdraw money and its the same. The bigger, nicer, busier Meridian branches know us by name and greet us any time we go in. These Caldwell employees are nothing like that. It amazes me how different these branches are. My husband still goes in to deposit checks but I won't. I hope they get customer service training some day. They all need it.

Good luck calling the caldwell office. They hardly ever answer the phone.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm trying to give you my business and have been to this branch multiple times. Taking my business elsewhere. Disappointing Chase Bank.

I love Chase. I used to be a Wells Fargo customer and it was awful. They charged off a car loan that I paid in full and charged all kids of ridiculous fees. Chase has always been great. The tellers are friendly and I have never been charged any kind of fee. I'm here getting something notarized for free.

I've been banking with this bank for over a year and every time I deposited a check even after multiple checks over 10,000$ they put holds for weeks and nothing i can do.... A check of 560$ and still a hold of 2 weeks.. people and bankers don't know what they are doing. And they won't listen to anything you have to say. Only say "they are doing what is protocol." horibble bank. Couldn't even cash a 500 doler check because they always put a hold on ur check....2 week holds!! Don't bank here...

Sandy is the best! She is so kind and personable and does everything as quick as possible! Despite everything being not face to face in person, Sandy does a phenomenal job of making sure I still feel like a valued bank member!

This is the worst branch/bank I have ever been too. It is apparent that no one in the branch has any customer service. I have had multiple issue at this branch. Not even the manager will go out of the way to help even a little. I tried to give the benifit but today was the last straw. They need to fire the whole staff and hire some people with people skills!
