    Went in to open up my business banking account with Key today. I am a new small business owner who is very much in the developmental stages of my business just trying to figure things out.(I know my fellow entrepreneurs can relate!) However, I thought I was prepared, but I didn't have certain items (such as having my EIN setup), along with some other things I overlooked in order to open up a account. I could have easily been told to come back when I had everything in place. But they went over and beyond, went online and helped me set it up then and there. Besides that, overall they were very welcoming, attentive and patient with me. I didn't feel rushed or misinformed. Just as much as I appreciated their services. I also felt just as appreciated and respected as a client! I feel confident and content choosing Key for maintaining the financial aspect of my business. Thank you!!

    The manager is dismissive and rude. Can not answer simple questions. I would take my business elsewhere. Manager need to have better customer service. Run from this place.

    Horrible banking experience!!!! All other locations and banks that I went to had better service. Manager didn’t help me to solve the problems. I was told to leave the number but she never called back.

    I went to open an account and I don’t had attention from the advisors. I was waiting for an hour and nothing. terrible service.

    Don’t bother calling the last 30 mins before they close, they don’t answer. Called over 7 times had to contact another branch to get a hold of them.

    Alot of discrimination especially at this branch to African Americans....Alottttt.....am thinking about taking my money out, close account and go banking elsewhere.

    I went to drive thru to deposit a check. I got there at 2:40pm. There was three teller inside busy chit chatting with one another with no one at the counter. I ring the call bottom twice before someone came to the drive thru window. Finally at 2:50pm one of the tell come to the window and said can I help you!!! With attitude. How professional is that ? She didn’t even say sorry to keep you waiting or how are you doing. It takes 10mins to get help on drive!!! I will never go to this location again.
