We have been working with First World for almost 90 days and were told today after supplying tons of paperwork that we we couldn’t get approved. Sold our house and now have had our entire lives uprooted. Had been told we were in underwriting for weeks and no sorry can’t close. Beyond furious! Not small business owner friendly at all. Anthony Difusco jr is the best. Walked me through it step by step and kept in touch 3 yes before buying because I called showing interest. Very low apr clear cut instructions. I've gotten 2 homes from fwm.
