I have both my personal and business banking with Key. This branch is one of the best around. The tellers are friendly, the bankers are attentive. Great location and even better people!

Bank tellers are rude and snippy

I had an account with Keybank because they bought out First Niagara and therefore had it automatically switched and WOW what a difference!....I enjoyed benefits at First Niagara that Key Bank doesn’t offer (no ATM fees is one example). Here’s why i’ll NEVER do business with Key Bank again. I had run into a misfortunate event where I had some money withdrawn out of this account that exceeded the balance (oops!). Well, I went in there to not only seek a refund on the service fee, hoping to get it waived, but I also wanted to close the account. Most likely due to the fact I was closing my account I was told i couldn’t have the fee waived because “this is how banks make their money” LITERALLY WORD FOR WORD!! I couldn’t believe it! $35!!! and then when I paid it they wanted to give me the change left over, I laughed and said “this ones on me, keep the change” and left. Yeah, over a late fee and closing the account they wouldn’t waive it. What a sham. Chase all day or at least M&T who support local sport teams and business's unlike Key. Thanks for a lesson guys :)

This has been the worst banking experience of my life!!! The people are misinformed about what is happening in the switch over and when I ask questions that they do not have the answers to they get NASTY! Customer support through these people is even worse than the bank reps!!! I honestly say nothing nice about this bank and I am usually the first person to give people the benefit of the doubt, not here! Do not use this bank ever!!! Oh, and their commercials, by the way, lie.
