Phyllis was absolutely amazing during this whole process. She was kind, understanding and helped me through any hurdles I encountered. She was patient and took the time to explain each step to me. I can't give enough praise to her! Also, the other people who helped throughout the process were amazing as well. Hands down 100% recommend them!!!

I am happy to have worked with Premium Mortgage Corporation. Gage and Tammy both assisted me in my mortgage application process. My interaction with Gage was pretty short but I worked very closely with Tammy in submitting documentation and discussing the mortgage company's needs. With this said, the mortgage application/document retrieval process is difficult and stressful. Tammy emailed me back and forth continuously when attempting to obtain all documentation needed. I really appreciated that when she could tell I did not understand why something was being asked of me or felt the information they needed was unnecessary, Tammy took the time to explain to me why they needed the documentation. As a first-time home buyer, I feel that extra step was extremely important in helping me understand why additional documentation was needed and feeling included in the process. The one thing I would note as a negative is that they referred me to an outside agency to get homeowner's insurance and I would NOT recommend that agency. I think they should be careful where they refer people and reconsider some agencies they work with that are not providing the same level of customer service and transparency. Thank you Gage and Tammy for helping me to complete the mortgage process on my first home :)

This is the second time I have used Premium Mortgage for financing a house purchase. I worked with Amy Bell and her team, Lisa B. and Missy B.(The B ladies maybe? not in a bad way though!) They helped my daughter (first time buyer) and myself work though this tough market to secure a house in a very competitive market. We also faced a tight deadline to close and we should happen in a total 49 days from start to finish! Overall I can recommend the entire team as a solid group that put up with many questions and worries that we had. All of our questions were answered quickly. A tip I can give is to actually read what they send you and ask questions if you don't understand something. I missed a few things along the way and probably added a few days to the overall process just due to my not reading and supplying what they asked for.

To be honest, I wasn't always happy with how the process works, but Sayuko was always available to listen to my concerns and try to help with them. There were some unexpected bumps along the way that delayed my closing, but I could always count on her to keep me updated and provide optimism. She is a very positive person and helped to eliminate any apprehensions I had along the way. Overall, a very positive experience.

I am a proud home owner thanks to Premium Mortgage and Chris Lake. I was working with a previous local lender and it was very stressful do to lack of organization and communication skills. I found Premium Mortgage online one day and called to tell them about my situation. The receptionist suggested I get in touch with Chris. Chris patiently listened to my previous horror story and offered a lot of great advice. He started working with me that day and from there on everything went smoothly. He was always in responsive to my calls, texts and emails. A completely different experience than I had previously. He was able to get me approved and into my home in less than 3 weeks! I cannot recommend this company & Chris enough!!!

Everyone was helpful, bundled my car/homeowners insurance. Great price and has all the amenities plus more than the big insurance companies (progressive, geico, etc). If I ever any questions it’s just a email/call away which is much appreciated. No long wait times or automated messaging.

My partner and I are trying to close on a home and this company does not seem to want to work with us. They know our situation and the refusal to help is appalling. What happened to kindness and human decency? We just keep going back and forth with this company and the seller and us and it is beyond ridiculous!! I would NOT recommend using this "Mortgage Company" at all! We are both sick of this that we are now looking at rentals and mobile homes.

I was mislead from the beginning, this is my first time purchase home and had no idea what steps I had to take and I was neglected when asked questions or to even return a phone call, don't go with them go to a trusted bank a popular bank, I was confused on the situation and l.Robert's stopped answering my calls and texts and for some reason she said she doesn't want to work with me anymore, maybe because I am confused and frustrated. Hopefully you don't make the same mistake I did.

Phyllis was absolutely wonderful in helping my brother and I purchase our first home. She knows all the program options, loan types and she explains all your options in an understandable, no nonsense way while making the process seamless and stress-free. She is also honest with her advice/choices she would make but never forced you in a direction you're not comfortable with. I live in NYC and I already know I won't purchase more homes without her. Also, it's best to mention she was the only broker I spoke to that was hilarious, smart and called me or texted me back at all hours, anytime a question popped into my head which happened ALOT! And she didn't make me feel bad for asking questions that were probably no-brainers. LOL. Be sure to call Phyllis for mortgage help, I promise you can't go wrong.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going with Premium Mortgage for your home financing needs! Lisa Roberts not only was very helpful but her response time was lighting speed! My close date was never pushed back, like most people experience. I think a lot of that was due to the diligence on their end! If you're in the market to buy, go with Lisa! You will not regret it!!
