KeyBank S Main St, Elkhart

If I could give zero stars for customer service I would! We had an emergency document to be notarized and this branch refused to print the document causing a serious and costly delay.

I have been banking with Key for years and found them to be great support when needed. Recently I opened a business account and the local staff walked me through the steps and it went smoothly. Like many, most of what I do with banking anymore is online or on the app, but the service in the branch is still top notch!

i don’t usually do this but for the customer service and how fast the tellers here did there job I will take the time they are polite friendly and wonderful people Claudia morales was my teller and she was very fast I recommend her !

Very helpful staff I went in to switch over a loan and they ended up helping me switch several over and helping me and understating my financial situation.

Received very poor customer service from Diane, possibly a manager? Very rude and condescending towards me, in front of my child no less! I was essentially accused of using a prepaid debit card in full, then (literally within minutes) trying to ask for my money back. Turns out after almost two HOURS, they never activated it in the first place. No apology given, no explanation, just a really poor customer service experience from Diane. This location is usually wonderful, Claudia and Christy are amazing, very kind, and helpful. We’ve had multiple accounts at Key bank over the years, I will not return to this branch any longer.

The staff are amazing, very kind, very attentive to all issues. The problem is that an overdraft charge is 38.50$, now say you overdraft, they charge you that, and then some random 1$ bill from apple comes out, that’s another 38.50$ so, everytime you overdraft, you pay 38.50, and they don’t cut your account, they will let bills and whatever come out as many times and charge you 38.50 in a row several times.. but here’s the kicker, so 5 days later, you get paid, your in the clear, (or you think you are).... then boom. All those compiled overdraft fees drag your account to a negative again, and then they charge you a overdraft fee for the overdraft fees. This bank has 0 remorse, or care that it’s insensitive fees that dismember it’s customers. While some banks have a “grace period” or a smaller fee, or a one time fee. This bank likes to choke slam people who are going through a tough time. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

I rarely go to this bank but when I do I would have to say that it is the fastest service I can ask for I wish all of the key banks would have there customer service like this branch .
