Recently being a first time home buyer I was lost. I was recommended Samantha Conrad. Let me tell you about this woman! She not only walked me through the whole process from start to finish answering any and all questions/concerns I had ( and trust me, I had many). She started off by getting me preapproved on a weekend. She worked with me after hours to get approved (took time and made sure I felt comfortable in my decision). After that process she gave me a team to work with, but still talked to me directly when I wanted her to. She was fast at her responses. Even while she was on a short vacation (arranged prior to taking me on), she had someone lined up to answer my questions. My favorite was at the signing, she made my experience memorable!
