I usually go there to help my friend Deposit his money, and there is a Spanish lady working in customer service she has tattoos in her hands she was so rude I mean it she is so rude she just started give me attitude and moving so slow and start talking to others and keep ignoring me .I don’t know why!!! she works in Nanuet brunch.

Excellent once I was able to phone you and speak with a very helpful person. But, are you aware that the Nanuet Key Branch is not listed among all the other Key Bank Branches in the Rockland County Verizon phone directory?

The branch doesn't answer its phone. Also, tends to be overcrowded at busy times (insufficient staff?).

Horrible. First, when I got my paycheck, they said I had to wait 9 days until I get my money because my account was less than 30 days old. But that's not the bad part yet. I had my debit card hacked and I made a fraud claim because I clearly did not make those charges and I did not give anyone my card. They didn't believe me and didn't give me back any of my stolen money! & I thought Chase was bad, this place makes me miss Chase alot.
