OneMain Financial NY, Nanuet

The people that work in the Nanuet office are amazing. They went above and beyond to help me secure a loan. I would recommend them with more than 5 stars. Thank you all for the help.

I don’t know what is this company fake or no they toke my all documents for personal lone. now no body pic my phone. If someone pic when they know my name they say she is busy. If they don’t approve my lone ok tell me we can’t. But why you take my all now say busy.😡

One Main Financial is a very confusing process. I originally applied for a loan almost two weeks ago online, originally it was supposed to be completed remotely but the branch took over the application, I was then asked to come into the branch which required me to leave work. I then went in and sat there for almost 20 minutes.The branch manager came over and said he had the paperwork ready to sign. the branch manager called over my co applicant and not me THE APPLICANT. He then stated that they need further verification and it would now be done remotely to close out the loan and verification would be a few hours. Fast forward the next day and I was denied. Don’t lie to the customer, and answer your phones don’t just let them ring and go to voicemail. I will never work with One Main again.

I've worked with this branch twice now, and both representatives were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They clearly break down your options and weren't aggressive about the add on services, but instead made firm suggestions. I appreciate the work they do, and recommend this branch to anyone with a struggling credit score. Just be prepared to dig deep on the interest.

This is the worst place to secure a personal loan during a time of need or emergency. Jessica, the so called branch manager is rude, condescending and discriminatory. She does not offer much information in terms of the company's products. She asked my why I needed the loan, and then interrupted and kept saying "yeh, yeh, yeh, OK I need ti know if you need a loan or not." When visiting the branch, she sat on the phone and made me wait for over 45 mins while she answered inbound calls. She is only concerned with lending you money at interest rates above 25%. If you are a minority, avoid Jessica and this company at all costs. She treated me like garbage and got rude when I asked some clarifying questions.

I just got off the phone with MIKE! What an unprofessional person and unprofessional place. I took at the loan sometime mid summer. Since then I have made all payments except November. Life happened hubby and I are figuring it all out as it comes. Mike told me that I will be late 30 days if I don't set up the payment, alright I got it. However before he called today he called last week I respecfully ans nicely explained what's going in and I will fix it the best way possible. Today he told asked me why did I take out the loan with the knowledge that I wouldn't be able paying it off. I asked him why on earth would he ever say such a thing. It's rude disrespect and very unprofessional. I need every one aware so many you'll think otherwise before going to them.

It's hard to get a hold of anyone in that Nanuet office even when you leave a voice message or send an email during business hours. I've asked for a payoff balance and I have yet to get a response.

This office In very slow ! They drag their feet with “ certain applications “ after approval. Be professional the money isn’t coming out of your personal pockets! Investigate this office ASAP

They are so nice from the moment you walk into the office. Lidia helped me and she was amazing! Very patience, understanding, and quick! I highly recommend them
