    Not sure why all the negative reviews. I've been banking at this branch for several years and have never had an issue! Everyone there is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Keep up the good work!

    Worst bank ever. I opened an account there, they required minimum balance there otherwise they were going to charge me fees. I tried to close my account, they tried to charge me $25 dollars fees because account was opened for less than a year. Tellers there talk down to you. Horrible rude people. Never going to deal with Key bank again.

    Terrible bank, terrible place to work. Closed my account said I was a risk... but won’t provide me any details. Do not bank here. Their app sucks, there mortgage process is awful with 90 day turn times. The home equity center can’t close a door. They are so unorganized.

    My husband's experience has been poor at best..its difficult to deal with expression less people every time we either talk to or engage with any one of the employees that are only interested in attaching as many fees as possible off of your acc.thats not banking...its called legal loansharking..i theresa bank at fifth third bank with a no minimum acc with a social security direct deposit checking account......no fear of monies or fees being attached to my account....iam after all a senior citizen.. Go fifth third bank...where its old fashion banking with a comfortable smile and a whole lot of effort by employees that actually make me a women feel at ease..thks theresa..

    Slowest bank I have ever went to sat in line for 30 min then sat at the counter for another 30 min just to pull 20 bucks out the need a hole new staff

    AWFUL!!! Do not do an auto loan through them, tried to refinance and they kept dragging their feet, the day I wanted to go in they called and said they had to reschedule, the day I went in they said the papers weren’t ready, they could have called me and told me but instead I wasted my time and gas driving there and I could have avoided it, I suggest using huntington, i’ve banked with them for years and never had an issue.

    I have been with Keybank for 2 years now or longer. So on memorial day I went to deposit 80 dollars into my ATM for our Kaliahri trip with my family. So I put the money in and it took my money I was so pissed and I am like what just happend so then I call someone right away from Keybank. And this guy tells me he will have my 80 dollars next morning I am like ok. So next day happens and I dont get my money I call keybank branch and they told me they had a money jam I am like ok makes sense. So then i file a discrepancy with Keybank and they said it will take 10 business days or so forth. So I have tried to talk to the branch manager and have left multiple messages with Rick from Keybank and they continue to tell me they can't do a damn thing. How about have the decency to call me back. I have forever said Keybank is awesome and highly recommend to anyone. But after this I am not sure anymore. VERY DIASSPOINTED AND THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS SHAME ON KEYBANK AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    The banker Rick is lazy and incompetent. He lies just to get you off of the phone. Would give them zero stars if I could. Edie is great.

    Key Bank and Vatican are thieves. Poor customer service. Key Bank and all of the other unconstitutional centralized government federal reserve banks should be shut- down permanently!!
