KeyBank Chippewa Rd, Brecksville

I've been banking with them for the past 5 months or so, i've made several check deposits, all of them clearing the next day, ALL OF THEM. Except, the last check, It's been 4 days, still hasn't cleared.. This bank is a joke, and the service is a joke at this point. I'll be taking my money else where.

Customer service terrible. Just waited in line for 10 minutes while two employees clearly were talking and not acknowledging me. The manager should train the employees to at least acknowledge customers and not make them wait unnecessarily. I just wanted to make quick deposit. I was literally trying to give them money and they were insufficient at that.

We recently visited Key Bank in Brecksville to help my elderly mother-in-law complete some paperwork. We were incredibly fortunate to meet with Darinka Jokanovic. Ms. Jokanovic was extremely patient and kind, taking all the time necessary to thoroughly address all of my mother-in-law’s questions and concerns. After we left the bank, she remained available by phone for follow-up questions and has continued to be amazingly responsive to us even after we returned to our home in Virginia. Being at such a distance often presents a challenge when we need to assist my mother-in-law with financial issues. Ms. Jokanovic has been a godsend. We are extremely grateful for her expertise, kindness, and patience.

Pathetic customer service. Only good one there is Sue. I just tried 5 calls in an hour and continued to get the message that "currently the branch is unavailable to take your call." How can a bank be unavailable to answer phone calls?

It would be helpful if you had a place on your website for bank address and a place where you could email the bank. Thank you

Service is terrible, the ladies here are very rude. If you are a younger and need a cash withdrawal they will question your profession and give you judgmental looks.

Horrible customer service by bankers and the manager had no interest in helping to solve a small issue that would have kept my word on moving my credit cards from chase to Key. Unbelievable they can stay in business when you treat people like this

Horrible customer service. I set up an appointment here and when I got there (early) they told me that the person I was set up with was busy with a customer who just walked in. So making appointments here is completely pointless. There were 3 tellers in the bank and NONE of them would help me despite the bank being empty for most of the time. When I asked why they wouldn't help me they said another customer MIGHT come in and they couldn't have them waiting around. What!? Seriously!?

I agree with the other reviews. This branch has awful service and some of there tellers are not very helpful and very slow. You need more staff on the front end. Thinking seriously about changing banks!!!

Tried to call from 9am until 9:40am and no one picked up.
