I have had to deal with this company over damage to our property. I live next door to one of their properties. While they were 'caring' for the home they damaged some things on our property. It has been since September and ever interaction i have had with the company has been short or rude. Now I have provided them with all the paperwork and proof, want to guess how long this check has 'been in the mail?' ** My complaint is coming after giving the company quite a few weeks to right this. and i have also emailed

On 02/10/22 I received an alert from ADT advising of a burglary in motion at one of my investment properties. ADT called me asking if the police was needed and I advised them to dispatch the police. At the time I was unable to see the cameras because the person unplug the cord inside the house. When the Cleveland Police Department arrived the worker provided a fake work order documents to allegedly turn off the water and change the locks. This property (my company) is owned by a residential modeling /GC company which we have our own contractors and never wouldn't hired this company as we are currently under renovations. The officer on site reviewed the information and didn't confirm whether the documents were legit nor called me to validate what he said. The worker said he would be onsite for the remainder of the week ( He most definitely didn't return). The worker staged the house with the tools what were already inside the house (We had begun opening the ceiling in the dining room area). Officer allowed the suspect to stay on property unauthorized. I called the police district to get the officer to go back onsite and send a supervisor. After verifying they had no legal right to proceed in the way that this company broke into my property they went back to remove the person from the property and he was gone. The police had to secure the property to the best of their ability because they tore off all of the locks. Officer has been unable to locate the person he was inside of the home. Thank god for the neighbors getting his license plate. The officer is under investigation with The office of Professional standards for negalnece/ not performing his duties nor verifying information. Thank god for ADT reports, Cleveland Police Department Body Cam, Documentation from the mortgage company, and Neighbors. I am looking forward to this civil case. No bank will send another company to steal your tools, break in the house and steal misc items why because they can be sued. At the most they will have the company take pictures of the property and proceed to court following get possession of the property. This was NOT the CASE for me. This company has cost me additional monies for repair. Let me not forget to add the unauthorized person was unable to turn off the alarm. Of course he couldn't because he was not authorized to be there. Why because there are no clouds on the title to allow them to take Again if I wasn't paying attention to the property this company probably would've tried to change the deed. TITLE /DEED FRAUD IS REAL BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

guys really? I have a 6 month pregnant wife at home (as of 5/10/2022) Welp.... I tried to give them a chance and to give them the benefit of the doubt. they're just as bad as everyone else says they are. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but when a "customer support team" doesn't answer your emails after 2 months let alone doesn't fix a property problem for 8 months! its a problem. like I already stated, have a 6 month pregnant wife at home and she is having problems breathing due to the sulfur dioxide that is coming from the ground water issue next door that we have been trying to get fixed for the last 8 months!!! please help our family, I really don't want to sue this company but its not gonna look good for them if we do. again please help us we've been patiently waiting for a response from Rhonda Cosimano Complaint Team/Resolution Specialist for the past month and a half. DO YOUR JOB!!!!

Scammers trying to steal property from hard working citizens. They trespassed on a family property to hang up there scam sticker with misrepresentation as being a "code officer." I would say they are committing multiple property crimes daily(not to mention impersonating a government official) in an attempt to scam people everywhere. If you catch these scammers, get a license plate and call the police.

The worst company ever, I am in escrow and they kicked In my doors stole my real estate sign in my yard pulled the washer out and flooded my house left all the doors open and never secured them after drilling out the locks six days before we close costing us $87000 in damages and making us have to push back our closing possibly loosing the sell to our house. They play phone rage with their customer service and you can’t get ahold of anyone. Once I was able to get ahold of someone they said my mortgage company had to contact them for the services that they did, they then gave my mortgage company the run around. I would never suggest using them they’re thieves and vandals. No respect for anyone. I am currently looking for an attorney to handle this situation.

BEWARE!!! This company came to my job site in Illinois with a fake work order trying to change the locks saying the property “was abandoned”. We are waiting on the insurance company check for a house fire that happened less than a month ago. This company tried to lie and cheat. Goodluck trying to get anyone on the phone. How’s this even legal. Criminal trespass to property. Showed up in an unmarked white car. Failed to identify themselves. No business cards or business being at this property. UPDATE. Police report has been filed. I talked to the property management company and they said the Morgage company sent them out. Morgage company says they did not contact these people or have any relation with them. The 2 guys who were misrepresenting themselves as “code officers” saying the neighbors called them out to the property stating the job site we are at every day was “abandoned”. Show up again and see what happens.

Had a tree from a property that safeguard was managing fall on my property and busted my fence. I contacted safeguard and they worked with me to make the situation right so I could remove the tree and fix the fence. There seems to be a lot of negative reviews on this company but from my experience they were professional and honest. So, thank you to the safeguard team.

This is a company of thieves who hires subcontractors who are also thieves to clean out foreclosed houses for specifically Wells Fargo and other banks. It's just Wells Fargo uses foreclosure as part of their business, (they actually buy mortgages at risk JUST to foreclose) which optimizes their portfolio holdings for their investors. Just another example of Don Henley's lyrics.."YOU CAN STEAL MORE WITH A BRIEFCASE THAN YOU CAN WITH A GUN." I wonder what kind of Karma will they all incur making the home owning middle class into just renters.😤😡 Sad way to make a living.

Safeguard Representative are very rude and no empathy my inspector is Roy AKA PAPACON1@ want you to do his job for him very unprofessional using a personal email with no label of the company he work for just asking you for our property info and expect for you to provide it to him with all the scam out there you think a large company like that would be more courteous toward they client NO.. after all Freedom mortgage is the only company that will deal with them both are the same holding on to insurance money and don't provide any interest earned. I'm very disappointed with both Companies....

We are an awesome vendor. We usually go above and beyond the usual standards, going behind other's vendor's work a lot of times. We worked alongside Safeguard for 6 years, putting up with way more than we should of. Be careful working with them, very careful. Their focus is not taking care of the vendors that invest their own time and money just to make them money. They will take advantage of the leverage over you. Be warned.
