Closed my account without reason, held my Money hostage and wouldn’t provide me funds. Joseph was condescending and disgustingly rude. Prior to that, harassing us about deposits. Much happier at a small local bank.

I have no complaint with this location specifically, but I have a huge problem with their customer service 800 number. After repeated requests to speak to a supervisor or a complaint department, I was told there was no one else I can talk to. After 5+ years of banking here, I'm being forced to move somewhere else because it has become harder and harder to get someone to talk to that will answer my questions. Very disappointed.

They are starting to charge ridiculous fees for everything like some other Banks and the management and employees' attitudes and customer service has gone way down the last year or so
