It is such a pleasure bringing my vehicle to get serviced at the jeep dealership in Key West, they are fast efficient and a great staff all together. My supervisor is Regina , and she provides amazing customer service, and the manager Keith is very professional and knowledgeable. I am glad I stopped bringing my jeep all the way to the Miami dealership where I bought it.

Well . As expected. Car rental companies didn't have any vehicles. Called the Jeep dealership and I was in a rental in about 15 minutes. Everyone here is very professional. I was given a Rubicon with all the bells and whistles. Vehicle was very clean and reliable. They will even pick you up. 5 stars and highly recommended.

I had been looking for a Jeep from Fort Pierce all the way down through the Keys. I had found some I liked but it was always a bad experience at the dealership that is until I met Ray Tatum. He put us in the perfect Jeep Willys, we love it. He was straight up and honest, something that shouldn't be rare but these days it is. It was great deal with someone I didn't have to feel suspicious over what he said. He even helped out with many things that wasn't his job. Highly recommend him.

Living in the Keys it’s really hard to find companies that care and want to do a good job. This was our first time using this Dealer and we could not have been happier. The service & parts department was incredible from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with was polite, caring and provided top notch customer service. So nice to know the next time I need service on my Jeep it’ll be a great experience.

I showed up for a 9:30am appointment. Was greeted immediately by a young man who directed me to the correct area. The gentleman who help me get my car serviced was very polite and professional. All around the staff seemed very happy and pleasant. The entire thing took about ten minutes to get my car checked in and I was out the door. I was even able to get a ride back to my house by a man named Louis who drove perfectly. In total I think I waited not even an hour and my car was ready. I am very pleased with the service and plan to continue using your services.

What a difference... I used to avoid this place like the plaque when it was Duncan. I was very hesitant to even go back, but gave them a shot since there are new owners. It is now a completely different place on the service side. They were helpful and courteous and actually appreciated me as a customer, wow! If you are staying away due to past experience, go back! This place is really welcoming now.

First off; I love your whole new set-up; service /lounge area! You have absolutely wonderful service personnel that actually take time to talk to you, explain things clearly. And answer and most IMPORTANTLY return phone calls! Now, I will speak to your service technicians in particular HA.. two words / the BEST! I have been a customer there for 5pkus years .

I will save you the hassle of reading a LONG post, just believe me when I say that this is the ABSOLUTE WORST dealership I have EVER delt with when it comes to getting g service done. 100% $H!T service, and HORRIBLE people to deal with. If you can go someplace else you should!!!!!!!

Friendly service team but if you live outside of Key West you're gonna have to be prepared to spend the entire day there entertaining yourself and waiting. I called ahead of time and let them know I lived in the middle keys so they would be aware I needed to stay until they were able to return my car. Had an appointment at 9:30 and dropped it off, 2.5 hours later a service member let me know that they hadn't started looking at my car yet. Been here for 3.5 hours now and I expect to be here for at least a few more hours, because the last time I was here it was for 7.5 hours. I understand the nature of the job and that it takes time to figure out what's wrong and make sure other customers are being served, but it's awful being stranded here for an entire day. They offer a shuttle service to destinations around the island but unfortunately I don't have to money to spend on entertainment or shopping down here, of which there is not much anyways in light of the pandemic.

First time using dealerships services. Erik in the service department is very professional, courteous, friendly and doesn't seem rushed to get to the next customer. I enjoyed the ease of scheduling and bringing my Jeep in for repairs, which was completed promptly. I will recommend it to others and will be certainly be back. Staff was very friendly. They assisted with completing a warranty repair on my JEEP Grand Cherokee. They offered to drop me off so I did not have to worry about getting a ride. They also completed the work in one day allowing to quickly get back into my main family vehicle. I would definitely use them again.

Ray Tatum our salesman was extremely helpful. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made us feel welcome and allowed us time to decide if this was best for us. He addressed all of our questions and concerns about the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Key West Chrysler Dodge Jeep to family and friends. So far I have had three services done to my truck here, everything has been on point each visit. The only set back to the last visit was it was just over three weeks out for my appointment.

I just moved back into town and needed a routine oil change on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, that was purchased outside of the island. I called and made an appointment with Eric, who was super helpful and accommodating. When I brought my car in for the appointment I asked them to check a few other things, to which they were very helpful with. Everyone here was very professional and knowledgeable and I will definitely come back for service in the future!

I had to take my wife Jeep Rubicon in for Some break service.. They did a great job. I was considering trading her Jeep in.. spoke to Lee and he gave us a fair trade in number for her jeep and a great price on a new one.. the price was good enough for me to shop here for my next purchase instead of rolling up the state to find a better deal.. Great Experience..
