I have owned a home in Key West for years as a part time residence. At Home In Key West has watched over my property and helped with repairs, maintenance, and keeping things in working order for me for years. They are always professional and responsive. Problems in the home are taken care of quickly and with great attention to detail. They've provided housekeeping, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and so much more. I would highly recommend them to watch your home, regardless if you rent or just need it looked in on they will help keep your home looking amazing.

Rented "Parrot Perch" in the Key West Shipyard condo complex. Lida, from "At Home" was wonderful - responsive to our questions and communicated with us throughout the rental process. The rental cost was cheaper than a hotel room and the five of us (my wife & I, plus 3 kids ages 18 - 21) had plenty of room. The unit was clean, comfortable and cool. The Location was amazing - two blocks from Duval Street, 15 - 20 minute walk to Fort Zachary Taylor beach, 5 minute walk to Ernest Hemingway house. Great experience - we will use "At Home in Key West" again. And we loved the "Parrot Perch"!

Enjoyed a week in Key West in one of their properties, sundown refuge. Great location in quiet Truman’s Annex but very close to anything you want to do. The condo was super clean and adequately stocked. Rental staff was easy to work with, too. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests have an enjoyable vacation.

We ended up having to book last minute due to our original plans to stay in Key West falling through. We stayed in a great 1 bedroom condo on White Street. The property was updated, well-maintained, and perfect for just me and my husband. The check-in and check-out process was so easy! The location was good- quiet enough but close enough to all the fun on Duval Street. We really enjoyed our time in Key West and would definitely recommend using At Home to anyone who needs a vacation rental in Key West!

This was one of my most favorite trips to key West and At Home in Key West was a big part of it! I was celebrating my 50th with friends and Lida had a bottle of champagne waiting for me. What a awesome and kind greeting I'll never forget! The whole process from start to finish was easy and every person I spoke with was fantastic and friendly. 2 people in the group had never been to Key West and couldn't stop saying what a great place and location I had picked out. We all loved it. The 4 of us stayed in Breezy Bungalow which was possibly the cutest place ever with tons of extra room and very comfortable. So close to all the activities but quiet at the same time. The pool isn't overly crowded, the ammentities were great, the property is well maintained and the bungalow itself was so clean. I unfortunately am only able to give it 5 stars but its a total 10. Thank you Lida, everyone at At Home in Key West, Breezy Bungalow owner...you made me look good. 😉

The Tranquility College was more than splendid because we felt right at home in the comfortable furnishings. The area was excellent and within walking distance of most all major venues and restaurants. The bed was amazingly soft and after a day of dolphin viewing and snorkeling, I slept like a baby, literally. The balcony upstairs and the lovely pool are a great addition for further relaxation. Finally, the beach motif of the decor and vibrant colors of the paints all blended in with the tropical environment which I enjoyed including the humidity - I felt alive in Key West and staying in Unit 5 of the Tranquility cottages was a perfect experience. I plan on returning next summer and am confident, the residents of Key West will recover from the hurricanes. God Bless Key West!

My husband and I spent the month of August at Veranda in Old Town. The path to the door was filled with gorgeous tropical foliage. We opened the door to what looked like a HGTV house. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. The ac was on for us and fans were circulating.The kitchen was fully equipped for prep and cooking as well as having plenty of dinnerware. There was also a very nice grill outside by the pool. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed. The bathrooms were spacious and as clean as if I was home. We cooled off in the sparkling pool a few times a day and most nights before bed. Some afternoons we put the lounge chairs in the shade for nice little naps by the pool. The Duval Loop stop is just a few blocks from the house. We took that most afternoons/evenings to get to happy hours around town. We rent houses a couple times a year for family vacations and our own get always. The service from At Home In Key West stands out as exceptional. The foliage was trimmed and cleaned up weekly, the pool was cleaned twice weekly, the house was cleaned mid stay which included washing and drying of sheets and towels with the beds being remade for us. Veranda shows pride of ownership and management. When we’re back again for a month this is the house we’ll choose. When we’re back for a shorter time I wouldn’t consider using anyone other than At Home In Key West. Thank you for making our vacation perfect!

This place was beyond perfect. We were a group of 7 and we loved the location, close to everything! The pools were just right for what we wanted. The house was well cared for and beds comfortable. There were staff on site at all times, however they did not "bother" us. They were readily available to answer questions and book tours for us. The Christmas decorations were an added bonus! We created many memories during our stay and we will definitely be back and stay here again.

More Than We Expected We loved Tropical Dreaming! The home is in a great location in Old Town, an easy walk or bike ride to everything. Extremely clean and with comfortable furnishings and the private pool was the best. We found the management company to be very professional, prompt and booking through them was a breeze. We loved everything about our experience with At Home in Key West. Booking process was painless. The house was more than we could have imagined. Everyone had the best time. The house was clean and comfortable. We will absolutely use them every time we stay in Key West.

At Home in Key West was truly a pleasure to work with. From the beginning of the process, Theresa was so very helpful, and when our return flight home was cancelled due to weather, we were lucky enough that our condo was free another night to stay one more day in beautiful Key West. Our condo was lovely and exactly as pictured online, check in is easy as is check out. We will definitely use At Home in Key West again and would recommend them to anyone travelling to Key West!

Our condo was very clean, spacious and well stocked with needed items including beach towels. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Included was one parking space which we did not need as we rented bicycles for the week. Ample bike racks everywhere in Key West. Would recommend, but bring bug spray for the “sand flies” which love to bite when outside.

My wife and I used Caroline Bauer to help find our home in Key West and she was excellent. We would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who is knowledgeable about the Lower Keys. Caroline spent time answering our questions and providing objective data. We had concerns about hurricanes and she was a wealth of information on how different areas fared after an event. She did not try to sugarcoat things and we appreciated her professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic. We never felt like she was just trying to sell us a home. In the end we found a home that was perfect for us and we are loving it so far.

My wife and stayed for few nights at the Osprey. We loved it. The development and the neighborhood are quiet. It's a very convenient location to get to everything in Old Town. I really enjoyed being in a neighborhood instead of a commercial area. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property itself was clean, well appointed and comfortable. It did turn out that our coffee pot had issues, but as soon as I reported it, it was replaced promptly and the person I dealt with was courteous and helpful. Contactless pick-up and drop off of keys worked great.

What a great place to stay in Key West. 'At Home in Key West' was such a pleasure to deal with. The communication was great, they were receptive to special requests and they maintained a professional but hospitable attitude throughout our entire booking and stay. They have many properties that will fit most people's needs, and their prices were fantastic. What a value. We stayed in the Conch Condo, and we were very pleased with the accommodations. The place could have more mirrors and minor upgrading, but overall, this was a beautiful, well maintained property. I will be contacting them again for our next trip to Key West. Don't hesitate if one of their properties is available.

Loved, loved, loved Paradise Palms in Key West. The property is exactly as the photos show and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality utensils and cookware. The location was great as well - most everything was within walking distance and there were some outstanding restaurants nearby (Seven Fishes is a "must try" restaurant). In addition, Faustos grocery store was only a couple blocks away so we could easily walk there to pick up any food items to prepare at home. The management was also excellent. We had a couple of issues because the property had been closed down for a couple of months due to Covid, however the management took care of all of our issues very quickly and courteously. Check in / check out was very easy. I'd rate our with "At Home in Key West" as A++++++++++++++++.

Best experience ever! First time in Key West. We were there for our son's wedding. The Amelia Home was the GREATEST! Clean, pool was awesome,kitchen well stocked, bedrooms large, and bathrooms well kept! Theresa and Samantha were very friendly and helpful! Noise was not an issue. Highly recommend!

The At Home in Key West staff helped make our stay the best vacation we have EVER had! They took the time to promptly respond to all of our initial questions and helped us determine the unit that would best match what we were looking for. The condominium could not have been better as it was equipped with everything we needed, had a wonderful patio and was just steps away from the pool. In addition, the location provided a tranquil atmosphere yet was close to Mallory Square and Duval Street. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff for everything!

We’ve been working with Lida and At Home Key West for years, she is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond every single time no matter the situation all while treating you as family! She takes all stress away from the planning and booking process. She finds exactly what you are looking for! She has been a tremendous help to my wife and I when we have changed our dates of travel around a million times and does it without hesitation! This year we got caught in a bind before Hurricane Dorian was suppose to hit and she accommodated us and allowed us to check in early and check out late which was a huge help to us! Any questions or concerns she is there to answer them!! We are so grateful to work with her and such an amazing company! @Home in Key West is a rental agency and I found their service quite good. Their app works very well. The unit it my family amd I stayed at was in the Coral Suite. The unit was excellent, very roomy and clean. Only have a few small things that could have improved our stay. First, it would have been nice to have access to a grill and secondly we were only given 1 pool key which at times was inconvenient. The pool key also is used to open the gate to leave the property if you wish to go cycling or a walk. With four adults the one key proved to be inconvenient. The only other comment is that unit 21, where we stayed, is close to US 1 and the traffic noises could bother some people although it didn’t particularly cause us any problems. All in all I have to say it was an enjoyable Thanksgiving for our family and we would recommend it to others and we would return..
