I wish we could give this company zero stars. Our home selling process was held up for multiple weeks including several extensions and money out of our pocket because of the sheer lack of integrity at Key Home Mortgage with Diana. I can't count how many times she failed to call our agents (buyers, sellers and our agent in Oregon) back, or flat out lied about when she would have ANY work done. In fact, she only answered a call when our Oregon agent blocked her number. As a business owner, I am mortified about how they represented themselves. I would NEVER recommend this group to anyone looking to buy a home or property. We have been beyond frustrated by this group, Diana specifically.

Diana with Key Mortgage handled a transaction for me. She was polite, professional, open, direct, personable, understanding, fast, reasonable, and she made herself available over the weekend. Based on this experience, I would definitely do business with her again. And if things differ in the future, I will update this review.
