Just not happy with this place in general. For staters, when you call in to talk to a customer service representative you can't get your local office on the phone. You're on the phone to a call center waiting in line behind every member at every branch in every city. Also my wife has tons of banking experience and has applied their multiple times and they have never even called her back. They just ignore her applications so they can hire all the 20 somethings.

Best financial experience of my life (and I'm old now). I have been with CCCU for 25 years. Never a bad experience. Always polite, efficient, and honest. I love belonging to a credit union, especially this one!

I have two complaints against Coast Central Credit Union: a) My own personal account for $50, and b) An Association account for $150+ that I am responsible for. Coast Central Credit Union shut off online access to my own personal account. When questioning them about this they said the account was abandoned, but the online access was only shut off after I filled out a customer satisfaction survey citing they were abnormally low. Coast Central Credit Union is required by law to forward monies for abandoned accounts to the state of California, but they never did. They pocketed my $50. Even though my online access was shut off about three months ago, I continued to receive notice of online statement availability as early as July 2018. With respect to my second account, Coast Central Credit Union alleges I am not a signer on an account, but I do have concurrent legal authority with our co-director, who like myself are the only two directors ever registered with the registry of charitable trusts. As a result we do have authority, but Coast Central Credit Union won't release the money. Best to avoid this institution, but be warned that outside of the state of Washington, no regulator in the country will protect you against a financial institution and the regulatory environment has been this way for a very long time. Coast would never get away with this in Washington state. You run the risk this place will steal your money and no one will help you.

We have been members for 15 years in Eureka. The service has always been exceptional. We travel a lot and have needed support and prompt service . There is always someone to talk to and problems are resolved quickly and professionally. They go out of their way to help us. We have had loans, mortgages, IRAs and CDs in addition to our savings and checking accounts. I use online banking and it's much better than our other banks! We have always been happy to recommend Coast Central Credit Union for a job well done!

This is a great credit union. The support the community and they will work with you to get a good rate on a car loan or get help with a small business. I have had a great experience with these guys, even when I was having trouble financial. They really care about their customers. Thanks CCCU!

The mall branch is open seven days a week! No bank does that! Coast Central Credit Union is the best financial establishment I've ever banked with.

Not BBB accredited. Conflicting information, excessive fees, bounced my mortgage payment but paid for fraudulent activity on my account instead. No alerts for suspicious, fraudulent charges. Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Shady.

It was a small place when I got my first car loan there 50 years ago. Since then it has grown into the quiet consumer/member oriented local bank, always on the lookout to improve and always upping service. No place else compares!

I hate this bank and so will you. If you have problems, they don't answer questions, required me to drive an hour to go to a branch, and then I found out that they could have simply just answered the questions over the phone. An employee told me this, over the phone. Their management sucks! Worst experience ever!! Their call center manager: Donna, does not know their own policy!!! WTF! Because they don't know what they are doing, they will make accounting errors, and when you try to get to the bottom of it, they will send you to someone else. They will "lose" your money and you won't be able to get it back because they will keep passing you off to another person. And you can't get any of their policies online either - because they don't exist!!! Their bylaws (which are supposed to be public) are not published and privately held. They are not accessible. All of their "good" reviews are NOT posted by customers.

This credit union's Visa debit cards are useless for online purchases. This is a card you get if you ONLY shop around town. Also, why no walk up ATM's? I feel like I am in the 1980's when I am inside this business.
