The whole team there is amazing but Katelyn Austin is phenomenal. She went out of her way not once but twice for our family and continues to work hard to give us the best deals. Anyone you talk to there will take great care of you but Katelyn hits it out of the ball park. Every. Single. Time.

I was actually Kent’s very first hire, before he ever had an office. We worked from his home. I have been with State Farm for years, and transferred to his office upon him opening. I can honestly say that I have NEVER seen another insurance agent that goes above and beyond to assist people and families with their needs. He doesn’t try to sell products, but rather listens to the people affected and their needs. His office staff is of the same quality and structure. Hands down, the best in Paducah and the state. There is a reason why he wins awards!!! More importantly than being my agent, he is a friend.
