Amy Clayton is the one who helped me set my account up. She was very informative and helpful. The past few times I’ve gone into the bank I was greeted with a smile and treated with great customer service. I appreciate the all the help and look forward to using this bank for many years!

I'm not sure you guys realize but ppl rely on you to open on time not 30 mins late not an hour on time. I'm seriously thinking of changeing banks

Employees here are always very helpful!

The employees are rude, you will be told one thing by an employee and the management doesn't care they don't stand behind what their employees say. There is no accountability if you don't watch your account closely money comes up missing with no explanation

Opted out of overdrafting. They have charged me multiple overdraft fees.

The phone is never ever never ever answered, ever.
