I've never had no problem with them.And i've done buisness with them for year's.As a matter of fact.The guy Mitch will go out of his way to work with you within reason.I can say the same for every other employee that i've ever encountered there.As far as what they will give you for what you bring in.They are more fair than any other pawnshop in.Nacogdoches.And as far as the products they sale.I feal like i'm stealing they cut such good deals.They never hassle you if you have to return anything you buy within the first week or so.If it's defective in any way.That's more than you can say for most big businesses.As far as it being small.I prefer that they treat you like someone from their own neighborhood.Always friendly and quick to help in any way they can.👍 👍

They were so helpful. I bought a ps4 and I thought it didn’t work and they were gonna make it right but they showed me what I was doing wrong and were so nice about it. Definitely would recommend them. And the ps4 was really cheap too.

The lady tried to offer me 84 cents for a small 14k bracelet that was very light but still gold none the less. I needed money to help pay a bill and I’ve bought from these guys before and got good deals so I figured they would treat me well. One bracelet weighed .8 grams and she wanted to give me .84 for it. The other bracelet weighed less and she proceeded to not even give me a number. I was already offended at the .84 cent offer. I took the same bracelets to Insta-Cash down the road and they gave me $25 for them which helped me out a lot. DO NOT BRING YOUR JEWELRY TO THESE GUYS! THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF SO MUCH. Most pawn shops pay $10 a gram for 10k gold, $14 for $14k and $18 per gram for 18k gold. I have no idea what these guys pay for but has to be less than $2 a gram. DO NOT LET THESE GUYS BUY YOUR JEWELRY OR LOAN MOMEY ON IT.
