Just recently my wife and I bought our first home in Biddeford, ME. Being that this was our first time purchasing a home, we knew we were going to need professional help in representing and educating us throughout the process. I had met Chaston of The Hatcher Group through a local group and was immediately impressed by his professionalism and knowledge about the housing market, especially locally. Working with Chaston and The Hatcher Group was great because my wife and I had so many questions throughout the home buying process and Chaston was able to answer all of them. Rebecca went over and above what we expected as she shepherded the sale of a family member's properties for whom we had assumed responsibility. We live in a different state and Rebecca took on tasks that were outside the typical (returning electronics), dealt with a challenging interaction with another agent professionally but clearly, communicated with us regularly and sought our preferences to guide her before moving forward and took extra time to include our family member by visiting her and creating a photo album of the property. All of this she did was a smile and cheerful demeanor (even when she wasn't feeling well) and she was always timely in her responses. We have nothing but the highest praise for her.

Rebecca Kingsley McCandless was professional and very thorough. She added in-depth analysis to a degree above the competition , gave options, communication was precise, quick, constant and always checking to make sure I was comfortable with choices. Follow through was consistent. Bonus- she had a fabulous personality! I would use her or recommend her again without question.

Kerry Buthy was instantaneous with how quickly she prepared and presented our offer on an ocean front property. (I called Kerry 7:30 am, she had our offer there by 8:15am) . Kerry also connect us with essential inspections needed to build a home and divide the land. We are now the proud owners of a large parcel on the seaside in Maine!
