    Very fair prices, I was easily able to schedule service only one day in advance at a very convenient time. The representative I met with was very knowledgeable and easily able to look up the recall I needed, nice waiting area, very nice staff all around. My truck was ready in a few hours. I hadn't taken it to a certified maintainer in a couple years so I asked them to do the the multi-point inspection and my truck came back with a clean bill of health. They didn't even try to upsell me on windshield wipers which was a pretty regular experience for me over the years at dealerships. I will definitely be going back for regular service, it's refreshing to live in a town again with dealership maintenance I can trust.

    Josh was great! He wasn't pushy and didn't hover. He was there to answer questions and was very kind. He made is feel very comfortable with our browsing, our test drive, and our purchase. We liked him so much, our family bought two cars from him that day!

    I was really disappointed on how my service was done. They spilled oil on the side on the engine and the left oil stains on the inside of the door. It was hard to take the stains off the door handle and we had customized the interior of our car. This is the second time that I have been disappointed with the services I’ve had. The first time they left the oil cap loose and I had an oil spill that completely made a mess in my garage. We are considering in changing services and going with another company.

    This review is for both sales and service sales deserves 1 star for our experience but Service deserves 5 so I’m giving an overall 3! We were considering buying a new truck so we went to look at Keller because we have bought multiple vehicles here in the past. We took our little ones with us to make sure they would be comfortable riding in the back seat with their car seats the salesman who was helping us told us he would be right back he was gone for 45 minutes when I went to go check where he was I saw him outside talking and laughing with one of his coworkers!? Seriously I told my husband we aren’t buying a truck from someone who shows such disregard for our time. We had our 2017 Chevy suburban serviced here because our AC went out. It took a while for them to get to our truck because their service department is super busy. We finally get the truck in and we think the problem is solved until the AC goes out again 1 week later! I was really upset and anticipated having to wait a while again. When my husband called to let them know what happened, They identified the problem and had it ready in one day. Our extended warranty covered the cost to fix the problem both times, thank goodness. The first time we paid the deductible, the second time Keller took care of the deductible for us. The way they handled this issue for us really demonstrated how they value their customers. I was very happy with this experience.

    Always hate going to dealerships. They see you in a new vehicle and they wave you down and still try and sell you something gets annoying. Surprisingly though the mechanic side was really good this time

    It keeps getting worse I took my car for regular service and i notice a puddle of oil in my garage floor, so I checked first the cover has bolts that where loose and then the freaking oil filter was so loose I could move it with my fingers

    Had to follow up twice about my interest in the vehicle I ended up purchasing. When I arrived at the dealership, after a 3 hour drive there, there was a miscommunication and I waited over an hour to meet with the sales person, when it should’ve been a 30 min or less exchange because all of the paperwork and financing was already done a few days prior. Overall, the experience was ok though and everyone that I had contact with was pleasant and helpful.

    J Mora - I bought a 2014 Chevy Sillverado 1500 LT in February 2018 from Keller Motors. The truck had a dent when we bought it. Kellers was supposed to fix the dent, put a billet grill and put a hard bed cover on the truck. I got the bed cover and thats it. It's been 7 months and I've called the dealership several times bugging them about this. I went to Kellers and asked to speak to the owner. I was told that the owner's not here you will have to talked to the manager. The manager asked me, does it say in writing that we were going to fix the dent. I told him no the salesman and the finance person in back said the dent is no problem, it will be fixed. I trusted them to keep there promise. Boy was i wrong. Now let me tell you about the billet grill. For the last 7 months I've been calling and calling and bugging, finally Frankie from Quick Lane said to come in Friday, October 2018 and I will see if the billet grill fits. Frankie took the keys to have the grill put on. When I left i was in a hurry because i had to go back to work, so i didnt look at what he did. Boy was I disappointed and upset. They screwed a billet insert to the front of my orginal grill that was on the truck. It sticks out and it doesnt even fit. I went back to Quick Lane the next morning and told Frankie that I wanted to talk to someone besides him, like the manager or preferably the owner. He told me that the he is the manager and his father in law is the owner. I said, this situation is going to go over real well, here I'm complaining about the owners son in law. I told Frankie that I'm screwed then I guess I'll have to talk to you. I took him outside to look at the grill and I ask him if he would put that grill like that on his truck. He replied, no and said, that he's going to order the correct grill that fits my truck. My questions is, why didn’t he order the correct grill 7 months ago? They already knew that the grill wasn’t the correct one for my truck, so why did they put it on anyway knowing that? Frankie's the manager, so why didn’t he check to see if the service was done correctly before he gave me the keys back? I have bought several vehicles from Keller's and I won't ever buy another one from them again. Please, anyone that has had PROBLEMS with Keller Motors needs to write a REVIEW letting other customers BEWARE of what has happened to them before they make a mistake and purchase a vehicle here. I hope that the owner of Keller Motors reads the reviews that are posted about his business.

    Had my brand new truck go down for a part that didn’t exist yet. Keller went above and beyond to make sure I had every rental I needed and when the rental company couldn’t meet the demand Keller did. They went further then necessary to make sure me and my family had everything that we needed. I will always say good things about Keller and will always send business there way.

    Drove in from out of town, needed a simple short antenna but you don’t stock these, so ordered from Amazon and had it in 2 days, think I’ll order other parts as needed from Amazon. Then came in to get a quick oil change, I don’t think an hour wait is considered a quick oil change, so I decided to wait. All in all received zero value from your dealership!

    The experience of buying our first car was remarkable! Thanks to MICHAEL ENCINA. He went above and beyond. He made sure for my husband and I to get the car we wanted and at the price we wanted. He is very determined when it comes to finding his costumers wants and needs. The treatment given as we arrived to the Dealer was great. He really does know how to treat costumers.     The salesman was friendly, not pushy. He was willing to show us cars we felt comfortable purchasing (price range). However, once we picked a car, it seemed like we were there forever--I've never had a transaction take so long. I also wish the manager was willing to move on his prices a little. Edit: Second car I've purchased here. I did a trade in on the previous used car I bought from them and bought a new car. They worked really hard to get everything I wanted into my deal. The process still took a really long time though. I'm a repeat customer and would give them my business again. Expedite your sales process if possible. Edit: we've purchased 3 cars here now and always get our maintenance done at the service center. They take forever in the service center and ALWAYS leave my car filthy with oil on the upholstery and other parts of the interior. Once they gave me a rag with some sort of detergent to clean it off myself. I called the service manager and was forwarded to voicemail. I'm hoping to receive a call back. Not only that, they send coupons but don't accept them

    Bought a brand new, 0 miles 2020 chevy Trail Boss. I have been broke down on the side of the road twice already and had to have the truck towed to the dealership. Extended warranty covered parts last time. But it takes weeks for them to get to your car. They didnt have a loaner car for the inconvenience. This time it was the ECS light came on, parking brake light came on, and check engine light started blinking. Cruise control stopped working, and the truck sounds like its not shifting smoothly. They cant get me in until june 7, and Probably wont give me a loaner this time either.

    Bought my 2016 chevy Silverado here at Keller motors a week ago. Uriel and Brad helped me with my purchase. They had the best personality and patience by far. When it came to doing the paperwork they were so amazing it takes special kind of people to be patient with my dad. I'm really thankful for salesmen like them. They could have let me walk away but instead they made sure to accommodate our needs. Eli Acosta helped us with the final paperwork as well, the same guy that helped my dad buy his new truck.     Came in for an AC problem that was known to GM, but only covered the 2014-2017 model Silverado's. Minor is an 2018 of course, with just over 36K miles (36700). After being told the repair to the condenser (known issue) was going to be $1700, i was less than pleased. Adam at service desk suggested we submit it to GM and see what they say. Good news when Adam called me back saying GM would cover it with a deductible of $100. Great News and thanks again Adam!

    They were always updating me to what was happening with my vehicle. They got it all done in 2 weeks. They had to replace my transmission, and repair an oil pan leak. Thank goodness for the power train warranty Keller Chevrolet had on my vehicle.

    I would have to say that the customer service from the service representative, Hua, was awesome he helped every way he could've and was very polite. On the other hand, the actual "mechanic" service that was done on my car wasn't so great. I have a used car from 2013, nothing should be wrong with it yet, it's too new of a car and i don't abuse it. I went in with a engine light hoping they would fix it. They said it was a sensor and something needed to be cleaned, I agreed to have it all done. I payed about $602 dollars. Later on that same day the engine light came back on. I took it back the day after and they serviced it again and I had to pay roughly another $114 dollars for a "solenoid". $700 dollars later I drive my car home and sure enough the next day the engine light was back. I was now feeling as if I was getting scammed. I waited through the weekend hoping it was just the car adjusting but it never went away. I took it back and they said it was the "Same solenoid" they installed that was sending the code. They switched it out for another one free at cost. And when i picked up my car it had no gas. I'm not to pleased with my experience with this dealership I payed so much money for what I believe to be poor service.

    Purchased a vehicle from Keller Chevrolet in 2012, looking to replace the vehicle with a new one. Did my research on-line and noticed a new 2017 that they had, visited the dealer yesterday and what a disaster, had gotten prices from other dealers in the area and they were more expensive than the comparable 2018 vehicles that I had priced. A salesman other than ours got involved when I said that I had a better price and said "then go there and buy the vehicle", felt it was very rude and not a very good way to "sell" vehicles. When the finance manager finally worked up the deal it was over $2000.00 more for the 2017 than the 2018 I had priced, when I explained to him the other prices were lower he said " we have to keep the lights on and make money", so I took the other salesmans advise , buying the 2018 from a dealer about 15 miles away and have written Keller off my future buying list.

    I would NOT recommend this dealership. I have dealt with nothing but unprofessionalism ever since I bought my car. After hiring someone to professionally detail my car after purchase, hidden damage was discovered. They have been extremely rude and are not willing to fix it. Unfortunately it was not noticed until after I bought it. Since I payed a very good amount for my SUV, this should of been fixed. Now I am having things stop working on my car and they are trying to charge me a huge lump some, even with warranty. The whole back bumper and back door on my car had hidden damage and the paint job is pathetic. This dealership should of had no hesitation to fix my car after spending so much money on my SUV. Poor business and nothing but rudeness. I give 0 stars all around. It is clear by the photo that the bumper is a completely different paint job.

    Our service experience was fairly good. On time, friendly, no problems. Unfortunately, I have to give Keller only 2 stars because they do not offer service scheduling for folks who work normal daytime jobs. My wife had to take our vehicle in shortly after having back surgery.

    Took my Tahoe in because it was making a noise and my port to connect the diagnostic machine was not working. They changed the oil and the oil pressure was still off. They never bothered to change the fuse to get a diagnostic reading, when I called they said I would need a new motor that would run me $8000. Long story short I picked up my vehicle took it to a mechanic and he fixed the diagnostic port, got a reading that my temp sensor needed to be changed fixed it for $150 not $8000. I will never recommend Kellers EVER!!!!

    I love this place never felt more comfortable or confident in buying a car. Michael Encina was very helpful showed me all my options we saw plenty of SUV’s, and I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. Eli Acosta help me with my financing, he also was very knowledgeable and very friendly. They both stayed after hours to make sure my deal was made and I was happy. I drove out the lot with a 2016 Yukon SLT and a smile on my face. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase I definitely recommend this place. Keller Motors thank you so much!!!

    Sales Rep Tim was great. He had a lot of patience with me & was not pushy. He answered all of our questions (mainly mine). I didn't feel rushed or pressured by him.     They could do more for their customers But choose not too ' set there over 4 hours no water offered and test drove a car with empty red alert on it . They over price vehicles and don't look to make things easy on the customers Ely sets in an area with other managers makes himself more suitable and comfortable and no contact with customers .

    I had a bad experience with a salesman here a few years ago and told myself that I would never come back. I went in today to look at a vehicle that caught my eye on their website. I was happy with my experience, I was also wanting to look at a vehicle that Ed Dena's had, but they wouldn't even call me back after telling me they would. I was able to purchase a 2015 Yukon XL SLT from Keller's and receive a lifetime vehicle powertrain warranty. The sales people were very nice and were as honest as any sales person can be haha, they worked with me on pricing and were more than happy to do business with me, unlike Ed Dena's.

    I had taken my 2021 Malibu RS for regular maintenance. The interior door handle ended up getting scratched by something sharp during its visit, and it really bothered me to know my brand new car having a blemish for its first visit. After a survey conducted and notified of my experience, Aaron contacted me right away and heard me out. He went and took a look at it, addressed the problem, ordered the new handle, and called me in to get it replaced with ease. What wonderful service and quality from Kellers for stepping to that. Sure the first experience during service was a 1/5, I change that to a 5/5 all because Aaron showed how committed he is to providing quality customer satisfaction. Thank you Arron and Kellers!

    I am on vacation traveling from Louisiana to the west coast and back. I received two OnStar notification that I had a problem with my break system. Being scheduled to be in the Fresno Area for a number of day I began to call dealerships with no luck finding someone that would help me. Then I called Keller and spoke to your service rep Adam who was very professional and friendly on the phone. He said I should bring my truck in and you guys would look at it. His was the first positive response I had gotten. I arrived at you dealership at 8:30am and the repair was done by 11am. Adam was extremely helpful and professional.     I wish I could give 0 stars!!!! THE worst experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Literally THE worst. We were kicked out and locked out of the dealership simply because we asked for a better offer. The MANAGER (bald guy) and SALESMAN (Julio) then proceeded to sit in their offices and laugh at the fact that they kicked us out. It was the most degrading experience I’ve ever had and I will never go back. I have been there before and didn’t close on a deal because of the customer service but this time was the cherry on top as to why I will never go back. They offer horrible deals on top of horrible service. They directly let us know they care more about closing the deal for the benefit of their commission than to help you with the best deal possible. There are many dealerships in the valley, please save yourself the time, frustration, and efforts!

    Tried to buy a used car lied to about the warranty because when I went to sign it changed all of a sudden salesman was OK management worthless left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing one manager tells you one thing the other tells you something different

    First of all i have purchased a few trucks from Keller over the years and I have recommended 8 people that have purchased from Keller. Honestly I was wanting a LTZ with the tec package. I missed one by a few hours in Selma and i was told that the LTZ trucks on line due to arrive were sold. I was also told that i could not get what i was wanting due to the chip issue. I know that was not correct after inquiring other locations. I would have been very happy with just the LTZ package even if i needed to wait or purchase ahead of time. The chip issue has nothing to do with the TEC package i was wanting and i was willing to wait for that. End of the day i made a purchase with Keller. I could have walked away and almost did. There are 2 more vehicles i will be buying soon. But it wont be with Keller.

    I gave 5 stars because i never have had a problem in the past.And they are usually always spot on, It would not have mattered any other time but since I am going on a trip and luckily I have an extra day to take my car into a tire ship. I started down the freeway after leaving Keller’s and I can feel my tire or tires are still out of balance. I had a lot of service items taken care of and I’m sure it slipped the service reps mind. I have plenty to do that I did not want to sit in a tire shop for two hours especially since my car was at Keller for two days. I am sitting in Carrols tire as I am writing this.

    I took my truck in for a recall. The changed the part but when I got the truck back they left the steering wheel off center after performing an alignment. I called them and they got me in the next day. I took the truck in and after I get the truck back the steering wheel is still off center. Nothing changed. Im from out of town now I have to take it back again.

    Service department staff was very friendly. Adam got me in for an oil change last minute. I'm always satisfied with my service at Keller. I can't even change it on my own for the price, and the service is exceptional! My oil change also came with a free tire rotation and full point inspection.

    I love this place! This is my new dealership and I HIGHLY recommend that anyone looking to skip the hours waiting in a dealership and come straight over here!!! Chuck is awesome, I called in needing a price on a vehicle having dealt with many other dealerships and not getting the response I want. Chuck made it happen ASAP! We came in, skipped over all the negotiations and got everything done in under an hour before going into finance.     Very unprofessional service!! Juan from service dept. refused to help us. Bought a 2016 jeep that had supposedly passed ALL safety inspections, but we ended up paying 1500.00 so the jeep would be safe to drive. What a scam!!

    I had an appointment for my vehicle to have a part replaced and I was told that the fix should be completed by the end of the day and because I live about an hour away I decided to hang out in town in order to not spend the gas money back and forth to pick it up. I wasn't informed that my vehicle would not be done until almost 4:30 pm and I then had to make arrangements to get a rental car. I left my vehicle at Kellers over the weekend and was informed that it would be ready on monday. I drove the hour in the rental car back to Kellers and when I arrived my vehicle was done however the AC and lift gate were not working. I immediately took my car back to the shop and they kept it another day, thank goodness I hadnt taken the rental car back to the rental place otherwise I wouldnt have had transportation... I was very upset. I then returned on Tuesday and picked up my vehicle which was finally fixed. I have had problems with Kellers in the past and keep going back only because they are the closest chevy dealership to my town.

    I only have great things to say about Keller Motors and the staff. I have been going to this dealership since 2013 for my vehicles. I have always recommended this dealership to all my family and friends. I just call up my car salesman, Jesse, and he helps us all out.     My wife and I highly recommend this dealership. The energy, enthusiasm, and positive attitude the car dealer (Michael Encina) had was welcoming. We were first time buyers with no to a little bad credit. Lol regardless they worked with us and still got us a car, not just a car, a newer car with all the details everyone would want for a car, plus leather seats!!! It was the first place we had gone to. We spent quite some time there but it was the dealership trying their hardest to get us approved and they did!! They made it so easy to buy a car. Definitely a place to go back to in the future!!

    Bought a pre-owned car 3 days ago. We'd visited the dealer a couple of times already. Sam helped us on our first visit. Josh helped this last time as Sam already had another customer. Both excellent. We told them what we wanted. They patiently took us to see car after car that would meet our criteria. I don't know what more we could possibly ask for. We looked at other dealers. It wasn't just the car at Keller. It was the people. We were comfortable dealing with them. Made an offer. They accepted a price better than I expected. We couldn't be more happy with the transaction.

    I have to say customer service is non-existent. I brought my Buick lacrosse in 2 weeks ago. Still do not have it back. I have only received one call that I did not initiate. They called to tell me what was wrong. I have called the service department twice with no return call. The 1st time I came in the next day to see where they where with my car. When I talked to the service representative he told me he did not get my call. Today I called and was told that someone would call me to let me know what the status is. I of course have not received a call. My recommendation is if you have to bring your car to them for warranty work good luck. Otherwise go anywhere else. That way you can be treated like you are a paying customer. Instead of being treated like you are a bother. Honestly they are lucky they are a delarship cant imagine them staying in business other wise.

    My car was checked out and no problem was found. How ever I got to my surprise $10 of gas, as a final check. I am completely satisfied with Keller Motors. I am a long time customer and plain to stay with them as long as I live here.

    Salesman Phillip was awesome!! Great customer service since the minute he greeted us. We were looking for a specific truck including model/color and he made sure we got what we wanted. In addition, he checked in on us a few times afterwards to make sure everything was ok, even weeks after our purchase. He is amazing!!! Also Uriel, who was great, he went over every single feature our truck had, was very helpful. Would recommend Keller to anyone else looking to buy a vehicle! From saleman to finance dept. All who helped us were awesome!!!! Will definitely recommend them to family and friends;)
