Union Bank W 7th St, Hanford

If I could I would give zero stars. The male teller is rude and very unprofessional. He gave me attitude and then told his manager I was rude. There is no reason for the employees to act the way they do. It has been a negative experience everytime I have to deal with them. If you as a bank cannot handle deposits for a business and decide to make smart remarks about a large BUSINESS deposits you should NOT be working at a bank. Clearly the managers have no idea just how HORRIBLE the employees treat the customers as they never listen and blame the customer everytime!

We’ve been with Union Bank over 20 yrs.Everyone is polite and friendly to us.3 yrs ago,I went through a very traumatic time when I lost my mother,and I messed up my checking acct. I went in upset and crying. The bank manager helped me and fixed my acct.She went through my checking acct.and made sure that no one was taking advantage of me. I feel they see us as people, not just money.I have never seen or heard them be unprofessional with anyone.If you think you’ve been treated wrong, maybe check your own attitude.

My husband has a credit card with union bank, and we needed some $1 bills and $.25 roll of quarters but they refused to give me change. So should I refuse to pay the credit card since he has no income. Apparently they can take my money but can refuse to give me a little change because I don't have an account but they can charge me $100 in interest a month. Maybe I should quit paying on this account. Maybe they don't need my money any more. Should I file bankrupty on this credit card or transfer to a another bank to stop the interest. Food for thought UNION BANK!!!!

Awful bank to do business with. Don't expect to have access to your money when you need it. Want to make change for those large bills? Not here, even if it's a negligible amount. Absolute waste of time doing business with this bank

10$ to cash a check for 57$. Payday advance places are cheaper. Had the audacity to ask if I wanted to open an account after she tells me this, no thanks, I'd like to know if I write someone a check they arent out 10$. The clerk was rude as well, tells me that all banks charge, I cash checks all the time at wekls fargo with no charge. Will never do bhsiness with this bank.

Upon entering the Hanford branch Unionbank we were greeted right away and called over by Teller Jeanette and she pleasantly and respectfully helped us with everything we needed in a matter of minutes. And afterwards, Veronica Holt completed our requests smoothly and with great customer care. We enjoy banking here.

Terrible service both at Hanford location and at the customer service number. They both seem to never know how to resolve my problems and can’t answer my questions with online banking. Veronica is very rude and the least helpful. The manager never has straight answers, she asks someone else for answers. I called and inquired about a service at the bank and asked how long it usually took, she answered as long as it takes you to fill out the form. That didn’t seem like they want to keep customers coming back. I’m definitely closing my account soon. Bank employees need to realize that without their customers they have no job. Would never recommend UnionBank.

Shirley gives my wife the cold, old and rude shoulder EVERY TIME my wife goes into the bank as if we are not good enough, or have enough money in bank. Today Nov 6, 2020 my wife went in and was polite asking questions about amount in the account and SHIRLEY said balance ALOUD, Instead of writing down on paper which is a form of privacy and respect towards individuals. Also while giving amount made smug face of disgust and glanced at fellow employee as if SHIRLEY is a better human being for having more money deposited in UNION BANK OF CALIFORNIA HANFORD,CA. Thank you SHIRLEY for making my wifes day.

Assistant manager is an idiot. . Can't help you to make a payment and tells you to. Come back later ? Long lines and 1 or 2 tellers available while 15 people wait longer than expected. .terrible service terrible customer experience. .. this bank should close . ... Idiots run this place in hanford..

Physical location isnt bad unless you want to cash a check instead of depositing it into existing account. My problem is this $1000 unauthorized charge that I cant do anything about because their 800 number hangs up on me every time I call. So aggravating.
