Keesler in Wiggins is great! The personnel are always helpful and kind. Beverly is my FAVORITE! Yes, there is sometimes a wait, especially on Fridays. But I love that the hours of operation are later than other banks, and open on Saturday! I agree with some of the other commenters that it is sometimes hard to get loans/and the policies make you jump through hoops. However, if I owned a bank I would probably do the same. They are only verifying that you can pay them back! ;)

I have always had good experiences with this bank location. Until today, Rude older large heavy clerk simply could not deposit my check in my checking account. She said She does what she wants too.Required me to sign my name on a plain piece of computer paper. Apparently she does. I later realized she place my check into savings. People are not stupid and they do not need to be treated that way. I email KFCU about her.

It's almost impossible to get a loan thru this place . It's like they want an arm an a leg. Well go elsewhere with my business. They always have attitudes.fyi if u don't like ur job quit !

I am ALWAYS very pleased with the friendly staff. They always are very polite and ready to help you with a smile. I have no complaints.

KFCU Wiggins Branch - Krystal Shaw is AWESOME!! She was very helpful throughout the entire process of closing one loan and opening another. Her kindness and availability along with her knowledge was top notch. From all my emails, phone calls, to coming in on her day off; nothing went unnoticed and I am thankful our paths crossed. Thank you again Krystal and Wiggins branch for providing a service worth sharing!

Only used this branch twice because of my work location and both times were not a great experience. There is no privacy between customers performing business and the tellers were rude. One of the tellers spoke so loud to where other members could hear your business. I will not be using this branch unless customer service improve. I use to reccomend Kessler to coworkers (service members) and now I will reevaluate this suggestion for banking services.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Its a pleasure doing business with KFCU. I love the technology available. I rarely have to go in the bank for anything which is a major + with my work schedule.

The staff has always and I mean always been friendly and helpful. Just wish a branch was closer to Lumberton. No complaints here. Will never do business elsewhere.

Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. Almost all the tellers are rude and this company will go out of their way to steal money from people!
