We are retired, our home is paid off and we wanted to take out a mortgage so we could be in a cash position when looking for a new home. Kay spent a lot of time talking with us to figure out exactly what we needed. She then got to work and found us the perfect loan at a great rate. She made the entire process easy and seamless. It was amazing how quickly she got everything set up and the loan closed. We never even had to leave home. Kay A Cleland is AWESOME! And I highly recommend her. I scheduled an appointment with Kay on a Sunday morning 9:00 AM and she helped me with my refinance after I’d spent four months with another company trying to wrap up a loan. Fantastic Experience!! We met with Kay on a Thursday night and in less than 2 weeks we had closed on our refi with a rate we never thought possible! Kay was incredibly responsive, not a day when by without an update. My husband was out of town for work and she facilitated a notary traveling to him for signatures and then back to me for the close.
