Brightway Insurance, The Scheibe Agency Perry St, Castle Rock

I rarely find the need to write a review (and this one is 100% unsolicited) but I was so impressed with the service we got from Rob Scheibe that I absolutely had to share my experience. Our personal insurance is through Brightway so when we went to get quotes for a rental property we were looking at purchasing, I called him first. Not only did he get us great rates from the start, but he went to bat for us several times during a drawn out process with an extremely difficult lender/underwriter. He took the time to educate us on the insurance/lender laws that the lender was attempting to not follow, and then also got on the phone with them several times to fight on our behalf. He ended up saving us hundreds of dollars a year that we would have likely otherwise begrudgingly "just went with" in order to get the deal to close. I'm certain most insurance agents would have just increased the policy without giving it a second thought because it would have meant a higher premium for them to collect on, but he fought for us instead. Not only that, but when I called him to request the policy quote, he audited our personal policies and found that we had replaced the roof on our primary and it hadn't been updated in their system so he backdated the policy to the roof replacement and we received a nice refund in return. Suffice this to say, I highly recommend Rob and his team at Brightway. 10 out of 5 stars.

I can’t believe how much I’ve learned and how much I’ve enjoyed working with David and Rob finding the best insurance for all my needs. You don’t pay them anything ! They do all the work pulling your current insurance info onto their computer screen as you watch and compare it with everything that’s available out there. They’ve answered all my questions and made suggestions. They’ve saved me 20% on my premiums ! And next year they’ll do it again to avoid substantial increase of my premiums. For a change it was a pleasure to do business with someone actually sitting in their office, not on the phone ! And they gave me 3 delicious tamales before i left ! That’s what I call a great deal !

Dave Uekert helped me find an insurance policy for my new boat. He made the process super simple. A couple of emails and a quick phone payment and he was able to cut the cost in half from what I found online.

Love Rob Schiebe! He's the absolute best agent I have ever had. He is so kind and understanding. He works so hard and diligently to find the best policy to fit your needs and for the best price possible. He explains everything so you know exactly what to expect in your times of need. We had a flood in our kitchen and it was a very trying moment in our lives. Rob was there right by our sides to walk us through it all. I had no idea what to expect or who to call first? Rob was right there guiding us through the entire process. He's very personable too. He's like a good friend now. I plan on staying with him for a long time although we have been.
