After being denied by a lender for a cash out refinance on one of my rental properties, I remember that I had saved KC investors in my Google. So I decided to give them a try and I'm so happy I did. I use KC Investor funding exclusively for all my fix and flip needs in the KCMO area. Rex and his team are ideal to work with and considering I am an out of state investor they are my boots on the ground so to speak since they are from the area, they know the area very well. Basically if Rex will not fund your deal then its not a deal you would make any money on. Rex is fantastic to work with as a lender. A true partner in business. Super responsive. Goes to bat for his clients. We had a very challenging closing with a seller. It was taking forever.
