I would absolutely recommend State Farm Insurance to other people. Other car insurance companies offered exorbitant quotes solely due to the fact that I was a new driver. State Farm on the other hand gave me a reasonable and affordable policy all in my own name even though I'm a new driver. The agents actually care about their customers. Niam Demiraj is the man you want to talk to if you need insurance. I needed car insurance on a holiday weekend and he put in extra effort to make sure I got it in time before the office closed. I had called a number of insurance companies to get "non-owned" auto insurance for my son, but none were willing to help me, as this is an unusual request. However Steve did the research and came up with a policy to serve my needs! During multiple conversations in which I asked a multitude of questions, Steve patiently answered or obtained the information I needed. I was favorably impressed with his polite attitude and his willingness to patiently work with me. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I'm newly engaged and I did some research online and called about 5 vendors to get quotes to insure my engagement ring. I spoke to Steven and he was able to give me my quote (which was very reasonable in comparison to the other vendors) and gave me his contact info in case I was interested. I ended up calling back the next day (today) and Steven walked me through the process, helped answer all my questions, and helped set me up in just a few minutes! I bought an exotic car and was having trouble getting it insured since I did not already have auto insurance. Even the company I had condo insurance with would not insure me. I finally tried State Farm (I had auto insurance with them several years ago) and had the good fortune to work with Kyong Rhee's office. Kelly Qu helped me and was able to get me insured right away. She was able to answer my questions quickly and effectively. Her responsiveness was amazing and she was also efficient and pleasant to deal with. Overall a great experience. I usually do not write reviews, but felt this was well deserved.

We switched our vehicle insurance policy to State Farm sometime ago, because they offered the best low possible rates. Now we have requested the homeowner's insurance to be issued. I was issued a quote on Monday and no one returned my multiple calls and emails until Wednesday when I called them again. They claim that they were having issues with their system. I wanted to add some personal article property coverage that I had on my previous plan with them and they told me they would add it on the next day. After I submitted payment for my renters insurance they quoted me an extra $262 and said that I couldn't cancel my renters insurance due to the plan starting in 2 weeks. So they were able to take early payment, increase the policy quote the next day and won't help me cancel. DO NOT USE THEM.
