Karp Auto was a great place to do business with. We live a couple hours away from there and they held the SUV I wanted to look at for us. Everyone was so nice to us and the salesman Christopher Briones was great to work with. Chris helped us with all our answers and set up everything in the vehicle for us. Came here for an appointment for a simple NY state inspection. Took 2 hours to get done and staff/manager were VERY aggressive in trying to oversell additional service, questioning my refusal multiple times and asking for reasoning. Made me uncomfortable. Service staff were generally friendly, but not very good customer service from the desk staff, and unjustifiable wait times.

Even though I didn't purchase my used Buick there when the "check engine" light came on i took it there for service. And that they did. I was totally impressed!

Call to ask for parts for my saab it was a waist of time

I brought my car in for an oil change (which I just leased) and had asked for help me with the car seats that I had already installed in the Buick Encore GX. I actually had to go out and buy (2) new car seats so that they could fit into the Buick. However, we cannot get the seat belt to come around and lock in. It is very difficult to access the seat belt lock, which is in the seat. I asked if someone could help me with this and look at it. The response I received was "We are unable to help you, please go on line to the nassau county website for instructions on how to install a baby seat". Then I get home and my "custom" license plate holder was taken off my car and they put the "Karp" license plate holder on. I did not ask or instruct anyone to do this. All I know is that my sister just bought a Nissan Rogue and the dealer not only took the baby seats out of her car and re-installed them in the new car, but was happy to do it!

Purchased a 2005 Saab 9-3 Arc in 2008, just hit the 100,000 k mark. From the sales experience to how service is handled and carried out is excellent. I decided to keep the car after they went under. I've needed several repairs that I wouldn't even consider having done at my local garage who is very familiar with Saab's and where I've gone for years. If you own a Saab and want the piece of mind have it serviced here. I highly recommend this dealership for sales and namely Saab service.
