My car got stuck while in Ohio trip and requested tow service from statefarm. It took me more than 5 hours to wait but no one showed up. I have to cancel the service then search around for local tow truck on my own. Discuss with Karl thru text message and he offer to reimbused for whatever I have to pay for the tow service. Then we got problem to submit the reimbuse form to statefarm because of missing some information required from the reciept of tow service, but Karl still issued me the check to what I have paid. I will give Karl 5 star for that. All I need is protection from state farm to cover my loss.

If we have a question or issue with any of our policies a quick call to the friendly staff and it's resolved! Great agency would highly recommend Karl and his team!

Karl is awesome. Whenever I email him, he responds right away. He even called me to talk me through an accident I had ON A SUNDAY (which was also a holiday weekend) when I had emailed him to let him know what happened. When recently I noticed how high our insurance was after over seven years with them and called to discuss it, I received no satisfactory answer. I knew why it was high now but the agent couldn’t explain why it wasn’t going to drop to a reasonable amount after the requisite years with no claims or citations. And when I suggested that we’d likely start looking elsewhere, they seemed very unconcerned. So they are losing our business. We had two properties, two vehicles, a boat and umbrella insurance with them. I also had a very poor roadside experience with them where I was left outside in the Texas countryside for two hours in the middle of the night waiting for help while answering endless meaningless and irrelevant questions by agents. My opinion? Save money and future blood pressure issues and go elsewhere.

Karl is great! Without a doubt the best insurance agent we've ever had. First of all, he's a really friendly, nice guy. But he's also helped us a lot. He reviews our coverages annually and makes great suggestions both about how we can save money on insurance and about coverages we should add, such as a good umbrella policy and low cost coverage for the sewer, water, and other lines into and out of our house. He's also been really prompt and easy to work with on claims. Highly recommend!

I have had an amazing experience! I received an in-home consult and had all my questions answered. Everything was explained to me as far as what is covered in my policies. I have both my auto and home owners insurance through him. I plan to consult with him on my auto loan and possibly life insurance this year as well. I have dealt with 'good' agencies in the past, but never one that goes above and beyond as Karl and this team do. Everyone at the agency is helpful, informative, punctual, and truly puts my best interests first. The whole team is great. I have a general dislike of insurance agents, but Ingi is changing that. She is always there when I need her to answer any questions I have for my many dangerous toys. After my parked motorcycle was destroyed by a garbage truck an agent was immediately on the phone getting things done. They did most of the leg work, which is great because I'm a big guy. I'm reminded of a quote that says " Respect is earned. Honesty is appreciated. Trust is gained. Loyalty is returned." They got the first 3, and in return I give them my business.
