    Were this location in a competition for the worst overall service, it would surely win. There are some great staff members here, especially the bankers, however there are too few staff and the branch management is unhelpful. Despite being a platinum rewards client, I was told I could (1) wait 40 minutes to send a wire transfer, (2) drive to another branch where "maybe" they could help me, or (3) make an appointment for another time that is convenient for them. There were two other people waiting for bankers and the manager was doing nothing but standing there with a tablet telling people why and how they couldn't be assisted. Super helpful. We've been BofA customers for many years, here, when we lived in New York, and in California, but I am done. I am purchasing a home and now have to make another trip back in the morning to complete the transfer. After that, I'm moving my paycheck deposits and funds to another institution. Choose any bank but this one - they don't care about you and they don't value your business.

    By far the worst operator they provide info that google offers you already , location , hours, other branches and never answer phone calls . I call 7 times and never got a hold of anyone . When we call is because we need help or have questions not information that google gives you already , we on 2022 please updated .

    I worked with several associates at this branch and had a wonderful experience with each. I first withdrew a cashiers check to purchase a vehicle, and returned the vehicle next day, however the automotive dealer mistakenly shredded this check. The branch did a great job explaining the process and assuring that I could recover the funds. Thank you Issy! Next time I will finance my vehicle, so that BoA can support me immediately should another misunderstanding arise with the car dealer.

    I don’t understand the low ratings that are given to this location but I’ve been with them since they opened and always have great customer service and experience every time I visit! What I love about this bank is it does not have restrictions on your accounts like the last bank I was banking with that gave me a daily $400 limit to spend on my card and atm withdrawals. I’m not a child, don’t tell me how to spend my money! Thank you Bank of America for giving me excellent service and not restricting me from using my money!

    I get some of the low ratings. I deal with the tellers as I get cashiers checks frequently. Most are great but they have a few middle aged tellers that are pretty horrible. Texting is more important then the line of customers and can't exchange even a hello or thank you. Not the best location because of a few tellers compared to some others around town. As an observation, the bankers in the offices always look like angrey caged animals.

    Very nice employees, but they always only have 1 teller leaving me wait sometimes a half hour in line. I do work deposits at the end of my work day and I’m not really interested in waiting around. Unfortunately, I can not deposit in the ATM as I don’t have a bank card with them as it’s for work leaving me have to wait.

    I tried to cash in EE savings bonds at this location and they turned me down saying I needed an account. Incorrect. You do not need an account to cash in EE savings bonds according to the U.S. Department of Treasury. I called multiple different banks after being turned down and they all accepted me with open arms. That leads me to the assumption that this location is discriminatory towards POC.

    I have never had a bad experience at this Bank so far. The tellers are great and the bankers are friendly if you get to know them! Nonetheless, I recommend you trying them out! I come to this place two to three times a month! I like this place and the bankers are friendly!

    Chadi and Jared are super kind, supportive and helpful. I suffered econic hardship from Covid and Chadi and Jared both listened and advised how I could make my banking future brighter. Life is good and we all have our health. As a Bank of America customer for nearly 15 years I will become a customer again if I have a location open near my house. Thank you so much for serving me.

    They have always been nice to me when i come im and take care of my banking needs. One teller was not very pleasant but everyone was great!! Its the only boa i can go to, there aren't any others in the area.
