Horrible title company - used by wholesalers who can’t provide proof of funds. I was given a closing date and not provided a closing disclosure until the night before and it was completely inaccurate. I had to do my own leg work and follow-up so that I could get closed… a month later. Very unprofessional staff, calls not returned and basic title policies not followed.
