Kandiyohi Abstract just closed on our 2nd house. They did a great job when we bought the first house. Made or refinance simple a few years later. Finally we bought a new house this year and they have only gotten better.

Being an expert in title insurance requires an incredible amount of specialized knowledge in areas such as legal land descriptions, plat maps, and real estate law. It also requires attention to detail as title insurance professionals are entrusted with the responsibility of protecting everyday citizens from current and future legal issues that arise in land sales. Unfortunately, we discovered a sale of land that was insured by Kandi Abstract included an easement over 2 pieces of property that the seller did not own. Not only did Kandi Abstract not catch this, they've passed us on to their underwriters who also refuse to take responsibility for the mistake. This is my only 1 star review. Unfortunately, I simply couldn't be more disappointed in a professional service that provides insurance against the very mistakes they missed.

There is doing your job, and then there is knowing and enjoying your job. They were very happy and pleasant to work with while being very knowledgeable.
