Although a new company, our real estate group has been using Kristin and Kristen at K2 Title for years! They are incredible with complex real estate transactions and always super responsive. The people here are nice enough, but the location is less than ideal. We never got a cash to close worksheet the day before closing, as required by law, so we had no idea what the numbers were until we got to the place. They are in a very busy strip mall and their name is not even on the door. It was never communicated to us that they were in this other business so we drove around aimlessly before we finally broke down and called them. They don't have anybody that answers the phones. You have to leave a message and they'll call you back at their convenience. So here we were not able to find their unmarked building, and late to a closing, and no one will answer the phone. VERY frustrating.
