Pawn America W Main St, Anoka

I stopped into Pawn America while passing through Minnesota on a work trip. I like to visit pawn shops because as an author, the people watching is fantastic and I usually get at least 1 or 2 good ideas. I wasn't expecting much from the staff, but Jenny turned out to be super helpful, both at answering questions and in my observation, to the other customers in the store. It was such an unusually good level of customer service, especially for a pawn shop, that it really stuck out.

Went into my favorite pawn America today! Mac and Jennifer helped me!! What a great team. Even though they were busy they calmly and quickly helped everyone!! I needed a ring resized and they were able to get sizes for me and very affordable price!! Only $60 to size up 1 size! I also bought a camera and it was missing the charger. They went in back found me one and included it with my purchase. I really want to thank you 2. Always very helpful and take care of what I need!!!

I had to pawn my oculus quest 2 for a little extra money a little while back and was greeted by Lauren. She was amazingly helpful and very thorough through the process. I went back in to pay my bill today and was greeted again with great customer service. Both Lauren and Mac helped me out and made the experience very fast and easy. We were helped by such a great worker Mac. We came in close to close and had quite a few things to take out a loan. He still was happy to help us even though it was way past closing by the time we were finally through. I felt so bad to keep him so let but he assured me it was okay and was still happy to help. I have been helped by Mac twice now and he's always helpful funny and has a smile on his face. I would definitely recommend this pawn america and definitely ask for Mac

Mac was super kind. He helped me by making me feel almost like a “neighbor” even BEFORE the transaction of pawning my guitar for a loan right off the bat. He stayed involved with a caring attitude throughout our time There. It was even 10 minutes until closing and you wouldn’t of known, they gave us 100% the entire time. “They” meaning Mac and the two lady coworkers that were working shift with him. The ladies were also super nice and engaging also in making my 5 yr old son and I feel like we were welcome there! I was a local small business owner in ramsey so my hats off to the great customer service I received. Thank you Mac!

I usually go to the Anoka Pawn America to pawn my laptop a few days before my paycheck hits my acct. I'm not very good at budgeting. Every time I go in to either pawn or pick up my item I always get Mac S. He is THE BEST employee there -- of course, I don't have any interaction with any other employee there. But I still say he is The Best!
