It seems there are so many choices available in seeking out a trusted friend to help with a reverse mortgage I called a local (Provo, UT) mortgage company I've known many years for help. His recommendation was Justin Bundy. St George seemed a bit far, but no matter. When I first called, I had just undergone a major surgery. But after further inquiry into possible options, I called Justin back and found myself on the road to that reverse mortgage. Ours took a bit of time and patience which was not the norm apparently. I found Justin to be very professional and very responsive. During the course of our dealings I had a number of questions and he was always able to not only answer them, but to do so quickly. Our process from start to finish took right at a month, and that included our being in Hawaii for a week. A bonus to working with Justin is that you are placed in the very capable hands of Samira who handles all but the initial paperwork. . .as well as all scheduling. They are great people to work with as they make the process very simple and easy.
