Justin made buying our first home a breeze! Everyone says buying a house is very stressful, well with Justin it was not at all! We were unsure where to start with shopping for home owners insurance, and Justin of course, helped to connect us with the perfect agency. It caught my interest that they offered shorter term mortgages, I called right away and was connected to Justin. He was able to tell me in that first conversation what my house is worth and my credit score and what he could do for me. I had some paperwork to send in and I was quickly approved and delighted to get a new rate of 3%. The process was much easier and faster that I thought it would be. Justin works hours that worked with my schedule and we did our communicating after my work hours. He also kept me informed of his other team members that would be contacting me for other information. I was able to take cash out and pay off my credit cards and I'm on a 15 year loan which was how much time I had left initially. The best part that also made this process stress free, is that the lawyer came to my office and we were able to finish up the paperwork in about 30 minutes.
