Sapphire was excellent and helped me with all the questions I had! The other guy in the shop with the glasses was very rude and sent me straight to sapphire. The other times I come into the shop , no matter how busy it is , I have to wait until sapphire is free even if the guy isn’t helping anyone. I didn’t appreciate that at all!! I’ll most likely never come back here again!

I come to Oasis pawn and instantly get greeted with welcome arms. Everyone is so polite and great to be around not to mention my kids call Josh Grandpa lol. Sapphire is also a great employee. She very pleasant. You get all the great prices on buying merchandise and they have unbeatable interest rates for your pawned possessions. Once you come here you'll definitely be back! Hi everyone, I'm new to the city this pawn shop did not feel like I was in a jail cell like most. So I walk in with my item and my 2 kids and my 8 month pregnant belly and as soon as I walk in im greeted like she knew who I was. She walked me through the process, it was just an all in all good enough experience for me to want to definitely return for future business.

Unorganized. Store employee was rude when trying to make simple conversation about a pawn shop not selling firearms. Stated they dont do public gun sells? So do they do private gun sells? Do I look like some trash off the street is what I asked myself after leaving this store.

The staff is nice but their prices are high, if your electronics are more than 5 years old and don't have original packaging they won't give you a good loan or pawn price. They do have nice instruments though.

Stuck up and had their noses in the air. Very unhelpful. I came in with a 90% coin which they said only 60 % silvere and was only 25 cents. Just a terrible experience

Horrible prices for when you pawn things just Horrible gold is the one thing that should be good to pawn not here tried to pawn gold that was 20 grams the people offered me 50$ don't bring gold here.

Bad service I asked if it was a great condition on a bt speaker that I have and they told me that they don't play what "if here". I was being cool and friendly until gentlemen with the glasses was rude to me.

The staff here is awesome and very helpful. People who understand how pawn shops work shouldn't complain about the percentages given from their sales. these people aren't robbing you they're just flipping your sh*! For you because you were to dumb to keep a fu#! Receipt. Or you stole it. Either way they're helping you. The owner was even willing to sell me his personal drill he accidentally left on the shelf. That's called being down for the ppl. Oasis and it's staff are the most helpful people I've ever dealt with in pawnshops. Be grateful you even have friendly people on that cracked out corner. 5 star ratings from me. Oh and Jessica is the sh*! Yo.
