Billy was very knowledgeable and patient. After receiving all the information we needed to make a decision, my wife and I went next-door and had some lunch to talk it over. When we came back to the store Billy greeted us kindly and sold us what we were looking for. The transaction couldn’t have been better! ...we will be shopping there again soon!

I was referred to Jum Pawn It Pawn Shop by another pawn shop in Bullhead City who told me about a brand new shop that was not only a pawn shop but also had a gemologist. So I stopped by and I was totally impressed with how I was welcomed in. Very friendly and he looked over my jewelry and gave me a very nice price. I would definitely recommend to anyone to stop in and say hello. 5 Star rating!

I've both pawned things here and made purchases. Regardless of which type of transaction I'm making these guys have always been fair. They've made me some good deals on a few firearms and always offer me a decent amount when I have to pawn an item. This is the only pawn shop I'll frequent in town.

They will offer you the lowest amount if you are trying to sell Gold. Some young lady offered me $50 for 2 14 karat gold rings. That was an insult. In the end , I got what I wanted, which was more than double. She was very nice during the whole process. The 5 stars was for her great Customer service and trying to save her boss a buck or two.

I went in just looking around and was assisted by Shelly, trying on almost every ring in the store. She was very patient and accommodating. I was then given a really great price from Erik and he honored that price when I returned a few days later to purchase the ring. I am so happy with my purchase and will definitely be going back in the future!!

Best pawn shop in town in my opinion..They always have smoking deals on tools as well as alot if other stuff. Lauren was very helpful and I would highly recommend Pawn Starz to everyone. Sometimes I think they don't know how much some of the tools are really worth because they sell them so cheap.

Very fast very friendly, was looking for a particular gun and the manager called me back the same day after I left to let me know his other store did not have one for immediate transfer. And two days later I get a call back stating that the specific gun I was looking for had shown up. Talk about customer service most places wouldn’t even remember but they certainly did

Every time I walk into Pawn Stars I am greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming feeling. All the employees, are extremely friendly and helpful from the time I enter, tell the time I leave. Although there is one employee who stands out and that is John. He is always so eager to help me find that one thing I didn’t know I needed! It doesn’t matter what day it is, or how his day is going, he always has a smile and helps me find my hidden treasure. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal!

THIS IS A GOOD PAWN SHOP. When you pawn, you don't get retail. When you buy a pawned item, you buy an used item. Understand these two things, and you'll have a great experience here. They even warranty the items they sell! Recently, I bought a laptop from Pawn Starz. The experience was great. Both employees involved were Great. The price was GREAT. And, the laptop is GREAT. I'm writing this review on it, now. I have pawned with these guys. I pawned two fragile items. I received them back in the same condition that I left them. These are not any wiseguy/tufguy pawnbrokers, either. I could have bought any laptop, anywhere. I gave these guys a shot, and they came through in fine fashion.

Purchasing a gun for the first time, I was intimidated by the process. Finding the right one, for the right price (bargain shopper on everything!!) added to the uncomfortableness that came with the shopping. After approx 5 businesses I had visited beforehand, I decided to give Pawn Stars a visit. Not expecting to find the inventory they had on hand, both new and pre-owned, priced fairly, and the friendly, helpful, customer service they offered, I became a happy, satisfied customer right away. I have been in several pawn shops and believe that most list their products close to retail on pre-owned items (or close to); however, in my generation, that’s not how it used to be. One knew there were good deals to be had at pawn shops. I believe this store brings a little of that “nostalgia” back. Whatever you’re in the need of, I would certainly make this your first stop. Oh and anybody in the tri-state, tri-county area, looking for guns, I’m no expert but from the other stores around, Pawn Stars definitely has something you’re looking for, in a price range you would expect. Great selection of firearms. Looked for XDS mod 2 9mm at 9 locations in havasu over 2 days. None available and only 1 in town.... next Friday (btw nothing available in Phoenix for past 5 weeks). Ugh. Went here after leaving bfast at Sam's Place. Clean, friendly, and had my XDS mod2 in my cal and color. Give these guys a shot. I'm sure it will be worth your time. Thanks again!!!

This place has a great selection of guns and knives. New and used. Went in there for a knife for my dad and ended up with a sweet standing bongo at a great price.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They allowed me to take my time and view decal firearms. The whole experience was relaxed and no pressure at all.
