Chase Bank Mcculloch Blvd, Lake Havasu City

Sat down to see someone today. Was told that my issue could be resolved with the tellers. Waited In line for 5-10 mins before finding out my issue needed to be resolved by calling the number on the back of my card. Horrible service from the first lady

They don't keep enough staff on during the normal hours to help their customers. They blame covid for their lack of customer service. Bank elsewhere if you can unless you like waiting days for basic needs to be met.

Rude people let say that first. Had to stand in huge line, 2 people working the counter. The counter had at least 5 slots to help customers but they don’t use them. Other employees just walked by the line like it wasn’t there. They blamed the first of month as the problem, but if you know it is going to be crowded shouldn’t you get more people to work the counter for those days ?????? I am one of many many unhappy people today.

Been banking here for 6 yrs. I always get service quick. Once l lost my card. I called and it was delivered next day.

By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have never been treated so poorly and with so much disrespect as by this branch.

Been banking with Chase for years (started when they were Bank One) have only one bad experience with one person and it was only the one time she’s been nice every time since. I would guess probably just having a bad day (we all have them). Absolutely love them at the McCulloch location.

Dear God these women are consistently the rudest bankers/tellers I have ever delt with! A long time costumer of Chase, and a new resident of Havasu, I needed to transfer my banking to a local Chase branch, so I pick the closest branch to our home. I am just shocked that Chase has such a rude, classless, quite frankly "trashy" staff in any of their locations! I can tell you ladies, you can blame it on "covin 19" all you want, but the truth is you were extremely rude and inept long before Covid 19. I pulled my money out, close the safty deposit box and my account.... Went down the street to Wells Fargo (were we also bank) and opened another account. Even during the "Covid 19 pendemic", with 4 lanes of endless cars at the drive up window they were still polite to everyone. Clean house Chase or I won't be the last customer to leave.

This is the worst bank branch for customer service on the desk side. They are always rude and when you need a notary it is a major event and very specific times of the day. From opening the incorrectly to fixing the issues they created it has been a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Conveniently located in town. Not a big fan of the new teller ATM system. I get they're trying to get people to use it to free up lines but it kinda detracts from them being friendly towards customer service. Half the time go to a bank to ONLY talk to a teller or I'd do it all from my phone.

Always helpful and no problems. Like the large ATM inside.
