Julian sold our house in Miami County and was amazing. It was right in the middle of the pandemic and we were unable to travel to see him but he took care of everything on our behalf. He is responsive and communicates with the closing team really well. I liked that he didn’t play games with the other agents and was a straight shooter. Also, he cares about the details and made sure his photographer captured exactly what the buyers need to see. He knows what he’s doing. And he’s not afraid to learn when things come up in this competitive marketplace. There are lots of blind turns when you’re dealing with new construction and he has the experience. Highly recommend.
