I received my company PPP loan through Benworth and the process was amazing. They were so helpful from beginning to end. Did a lot of legwork on their own to make the process as easy as possible for me and also put in some extra effort during the forgiveness process to make sure that my loan was fully forgiven. Unresponsive customer service. Gave no information on process and still a year later has not attended to my round two funding that was SBA approved and sitting in ether with them smh. Worst experience ever!!

Got my 1 draw approved but 2nd draw was impossible, I couldn't get a hold of anyone most of the time, and after waiting weeks I finally get some guy telling me to upload a whole year's worth of bank statements and only had one day to get that to him, I didn't read my messages in time and was too late couldn't get 2nd ppp loan. My 1st is forgiven. Could have really used that 2nd draw. It was even already Approved in sba , it was too late for me to go anywhere else. Oh and benworth did send the 2nd draw to me but it was returned because they sent to wrong bank account even though I messaged them with updates to new account multiple times, they also said they sent the money, I have proof in email, why send it then change your mind

Terrible customer service! Customer service representatives cannot even help with basic inquiries. They tell you to send an email but Benworth does not respond to any emails either.

They couldn’t even send the email link to ask for a review properly. This place has ZERO communication. They didn’t reply to me ONCE after making the loan. I couldn’t find a phone number for them and the address seemed fake. I wouldn’t be giving the 2nd star, but… they did lend the money.

My experience has been very positive so far. My only concern is the difficulty trying to navigate through some of my concerns with Womply instead of being able to work directly with Benworth. However overall the application wasn’t difficult as long as NO errors are made. Womply has given me great feedback it just takes time. My advice is be extremely accurate with your information.

I can’t give a bad rating as I was able to reach someone via phone and email. I applied and was approved all in a decent time frame. I’m grateful for each dime.

They got the money out right away for PPP-Which is what all the good reviews are below, but they cannot be reached by phone or email to discuss forgiveness. It has been well over the allotted time for me to receive information from them that the FAQ part of their site says THEY will send. The phone number on their site goes to dead tone.

Took months to get my PPP loan after it was approved. Benworth capital was very poor at communicating and didn't resolve any issues when I contacted them. If you ever get them as a borrow for PPP be wary or see about other lenders.

I received funding from Benworth Capital in April 2021, only 5 days after applying. The process was quick and easy because I had all the necessary paperwork ready. I didn't need to call or email them regarding the funding, they emailed me keeping me up-to-date, requesting information, and notifying me when the funds would be deposited. Getting the forgiveness was just as quick. Although it took a little more time after I applied for the forgiveness, I was approved within 3 weeks. This I believe was due to the amount of forgiveness applications that were pouring in at the time. But they did a great job. Thank You Benworth Capital for helping me keep my business running.

My ppp 1st loan was processed super quick.as for my 2nd ppp loan I never received it.the company Womply that benworth worked with was super unreliable and did not communicate with there clients which cost me $8,900 which I desperately needed. When I reached out to benworth for help they were unable to. They just told me they dont handle that. My paper was in early and submitted for my loan just like the 1st time. But because there was no way to contact anyone to talk with Womply my application just sat there until there were no more funds. My suggestion is deal Directly with Benworth & they should not use outside companies there are not reliable or accessible to the clients. This is the only reason I can't give them 5*****..it cost me getting my loan which for me was a HUGE DEAL.

Horrible service. I applied for a business loan thru another site which sent it to Benworth for funding. It took months, and throughout it I could not get thru on their phone lines nor get an email response. Yet, daily, I received auto generated emails saying my banking information was incorrect, which it was not, and was even verified thru their third party service. Will NEVER use them for anything.

The most horrible experience ever ! Funded the wrong amount because of an error I tried to correct for six months. They didn’t answer phones emails or letters. They held me up from working with other lenders because they kept my application in a status that I could not cancel my application and apply elsewhere. I never got funded for second round at all. So I didn’t get the money I need and business still is bad . Even after now we have gone through hurricane ida here in Louisiana. So to receive an email like they did something wonderful is a slap in the face. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND.
