I just spent 30 min waiting next in line while the cashier stayed with one customer. More and more people kept coming in forming a long line and the cashier still ignored all of us and kept working with one customer trying to send money. Eventually I spoke up and said should we all come back in an hour? She replied it's up to you" I told her you don't keep 12 people waiting that long, you ask the customer to step aside while you service some other customers and then come back to them because they have a lengthy transaction. She said no I stay with one customer no matter how long it takes. I told her you don't have good customer service" the previous owner served our neighborhood for years. These new owners employees are rude and inconsiderate to their customers.
