I was working with Sal Pulido. We used to work together so he is a friend of mine. I was shopping around just to get quotes see if I can get a better interest rate and lower payments. Sal went over multiple options and explained to me the benefits on which route to go that will save me the most money. I wasn't for sure if I wanted to commit but once he told me I can combine my Solar with my Mortgage, I was sold!! Getting rid of one loan, saving thousands on interest alone it was a no brainer. There was some minor hiccups with quoting me one rate and it end up being a little higher than discussed but it was understandable because Sal was new to the company and still learning in the process. I also kept going back and forth on how to get my interest rate even lower and Sal was so patient and straight forward with me which helped out so much in the process. I didn't get the quote I hoped for but when Sal explained the reason it made sense. I got rid of my Solar payments and I even got some cash out closing the loan and from escrow so that was a bonus. Sal guided me step by step and I appreciate all he has done and the money he helped me save. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in buying or refinancing because you will be in good hands!! Thank you again Sal!! Keep up the good work!👏 🙌
