Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) E Yosemite Ave, Madera

Was actually googling Credit Unions around here while waiting in line because it takes that long. Also what's the logic of having four registers but only one teller at a time?

March 3rd 2018 the lines at Bank of America is outrageous an hour and 48 minutes of waiting time.. Find a different bank not enough bank tellers

I ALWAYS come here to withdraw my monthly SS pension until Kristina who was lazy, impatient and not friendly. She asked if I have an account, when I told her I didn’t have one, she told me I can go to any bank to withdraw my pension. Then she claimed to have attempted 2x to process my withdrawal but didn’t go through & told me to use the ATM which I did. It went through and am wondering whether BofA as a matter of directs customers like me to use their ATM instead to be able to charge me $3 ATM ?

With new managers, less tellers long lines. You should not be waiting almost an hour or more to make a transaction. It is ridiculous. Something needs to be done. This bank is at its worst and a lot of people are banking somewhere else now. Sometimes lines are out the door.

This bank does not help the poor. After my wedding and starting nursing school, I couldn't keep up with maintaining $3,000 in my savings account. Therefore, the bank was charging me $15 monthly "maintenance" fees. Now that I'm trying to close my accounts with them, they won't let me leave! I have to zero out my accounts (take all my $$ out) and then the only way I can close my accounts is to call the company number (1-800). But they don't let you close for a few days. Probably because they know you still have automatic payments occurring and they want to make sure your account (with $0) is charged so they can squeeze more money out of you with overdraft fees! It's a going away present for BOA! It is definitely a time for a change! If you are tired of losing $$ from BOA, get out of there ASAP! Go to a bank that isn't as complicated and doesn't charge monthly fees! I am personally going to Golden 1 for their free checking. Can't wait to finally rid myself of BOA if they ever let me go!

This Bank of America stole my money and then put a lock on the account and then they keep being disrespectful and Unprofessional I agree that they need more then just help they need a new System !!!!!!

Worst BOA branch in a entire country. I am going to change my bank just because of this branch. Staff here just don't care about the customer. I want to give the -5 stars but the lowest I am allowed to give is 1. This branch is depressing and poorly managed so I recommend everyone to avoid Bank of America of Madera, CA.

This bank is the worst bank i have ever did any kind of business with . the staff is rude. Very stuck up and is over all isnt helpful in any way ,it really felt like they wete being prejudice against me .

If there was a way to give this -5 stars it would still be an understatement ...stood in the business line just to be told it was closed at 11. Really??!! When they told me the day before they close the business line at 4 . Rude representatives. Customer Service at its worst. I stopped banking with them years ago, I only come to deposit my rent money. The female manager is super rude. The Line is so long you would think they were giving away free stuff. If you plan to come feel free to bring your tent, tv, some food, your phone, and patience 🕜🕑🕝🕒🕞🕓🕓🕟🌞🌝🙄😒😡😤

After raising my voice to 1 of the banker,"can we get some help, n there were only 1 teller which were doing something "then the line start moving. Slow service hopefully better next time I come in. Or do I have to raise my voice again ?
