Sandra and Delia always provide exceptional customer service, but Sandra went out of her way this last time as it appeared that Check Into Cash was closed during lunch hour. As I was leaving the place, I see Sandra quickly come out to assist me. She could of just gone to lunch, but her dedication to helping the customer came first. I really appreciate it even more because I was on my lunch. Thank you.

Sandra at the madera location is awesome always friendly and willing to help with any problem I might have. Always makes me feel comfortable, always has a smile on her face.

Check into cash is very helpful when it comes to loans or just a short term payday loan to get you to your next payday. The staff is very nice and friendly. I would recommend check into cash over any other loan agency in Madera, hands down.

The two ladies at check into cash deserve major kuddos. I have went in during various hours of the day over the last few years and those two provide the up most pleasurable experience every time. From being extremely busy, to steady at times, I am always greeted in such a polite manner. They are so kind, so professional and I cannot thank them enough for their amazing customer service. I have never had a bad experience and I know some people have bad days, but these ladies never show it. I hope they are valued employees and they deserve more than kuddos. Give those ladies a raise or vacation! They're there every single day, busting butt, making people smile and leave happy. That's hard to find now days. So thanks girls! You both rock.
