As first time home buyers, we heard all the stories of how stressful the home buying process can be. I must say that working with Jordan was the total opposite. His high level of knowledge and ability to explain process, documents and expectations made our process from pre approval to closing a smooth sailing. Jordan went so far out of his way to help make our experience getting a home loan a smooth experience. There were many nights that we had questions and Jordan NEVER hesitated to help us out. Sometimes he would have to call us back after putting his kids to bed and sometimes our calls would run late into the night, but he always made himself available, even to the point of driving across town to get signatures or pick up papers to help speed along the process. There aren't enough positive things to say about our experience working with Jordan Williams. He's a true professional, communicates often and clearly, and made our first home-buying experience incredibly simple. We learned a lot from Jordan throughout the buying experience, and made a friend in the process. So glad I listened to my buyer's agent and went with Jordan... I don't know how anyone uses those big-box lenders that have to "pull up your file".
