Auto insurance is something you’ve gotta have, and understanding it is important. Kenzie is a true business professional, she was able to go over all my coverage and provide me with a better rate with better coverage then my previous insurance company. She was also able to provide information on life insurance, something I never even considered because I was unaware how it works and how inexpensive coverage can be. Also how big of an impact it can have on your family if something ever happens. I will say, the only thing is they don’t have a jake in the office… BUT they do have a john, and he was cool also.. I look forward to dealing with Kenzie and this State Farm office of John Smith for all my insurance needs.

New to town. State Farm #1 personal auto insurer across the Nation. I looked it up. There is a Military personal auto insurer. But I didn't serve. Mackenzie is responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, does not waste time. Don't go quote shopping on the internet. What a scam. Call Mackenzie.

OK, I'm not one for posting reviews, but in this case one was warranted. I recently moved to Mount Dora from South Florida and just purchased a new home and started the painful process of trying to secure homeowners and auto insurance since bundling the two is not really an option in South Florida. After a few bogus quotes and some misleading information, I figured I would give a name brand like State Farm a chance to secure my business. That was the best decision I've made in a long time regarding insurance. Was greeted warmly when I walked into the office without a reservation and within 15 minutes, Mackenzie had an unbelievable bundle quote ready for me to accept. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease that I was covered securely, but not too covered, if you know what I mean. My rate was nearly cut in half for better coverage than I was quoted from a nearby competitor. State Farm ... and Mackenzie ... truly treated me like a new neighbor and made my transition to Mount Dora a memorable one!
