My wife and I worked with John to secure a loan for our new home. John was very thorough and communicative throughout the process. He made sure we were on top of the countless documents that needed to be processed and we felt like we could put the loan process on autopilot since John was at the wheel. The loan came in exactly as quoted at a fantastic rate with no surprise fees. Best part was John went to bat for us when a last minute situation arose with the lender and solved things behind the scene! Would recommend anyone looking to buy in the South Bay to use John!

John is great to work with. We did two investment loans with John this year and we had very good experience each time. John was always there for us when we have questions, and the commnuications from him was always clear and detailed. The rates were great and overall process was smooth and easy. We'd definitely recommend John to anyone looking for a mortgage.

It took me longer to write this review than to refinance with John. What I really liked about John is that he can work with everyone especially the modern day working couple. John answered my texts at 10pm, spoke to me via phone on Saturday's at 8pm. He understood our schedule and worked with us and was always available. John was also very professional and laid out all details and made sure we understood everything we were agreeing to and of course he was able to get us the best deal! It's nice to have left the big banks to find someone trustworthy and capable of doing an even better job. I've recommended John to friends and family and will continue to do so.

John is nothing short of amazing! If I could, I would give him 6 out of 5 stars. He helped my wife and I through our first home purchase, from start to finish.
